I have never been here. But I called, and it was the third call I made consecutively prior to this one. Bruce answered very cordial and knowledgeable. He listened well and was explicit with information. His demeanor was friendly and relaxed. This was not at all what I experienced calling the advance auto parts on Main Street or Alpharetta street. Bruce is a genuine human being I would give him a raise.

Prices were a bit on the higher end. The staff was unable to test the part we brought and did not seem to have a good knowledge of the parts. The selection of parts was surprisingly small considering that we have a relatively popular car model.

Great selection and excellent customer support. I work on my cars a lot and visit this shop pretty often. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable. They also do lots of free testing on cars as well as free loaner kits.

Took longer on oil change...a little more expensive than I thought...coupon was not very clear on Synthetic oil...but clean and staff was nice
