I meant to leave this review a few weeks ago but nonetheless I feel like I need to express how amazing this location is. We lived Marietta for 3 years and always went to this location for our car needs. Every time I went in, they were extremely friendly, fast, and efficient. Paul is the manager there and hes awesome. We had new tires put on one of our cars back in January. We moved to Greenville back in March and had to have our car looked at the Kia dealership up here for a recall and that discovered we had an air pocket in one of our tires. Of course they wanted an arm and leg for a new tire and to get it fixed. We took it to a local Pepboys in hopes that they were under a warranty, they werent. The local shop called the Marietta location and Paul said "They just got those tires, hook them up." We got the tire replaced at no cost! I am sad we moved away because I dont think well find as great of customer service as we did at this location. Thanks for everything!

I recently took in my Acura for a diagnostic on my air conditioning and was told my compressor needed to be replaced. After spending $550, my issue was still unresolved. After TWO return trips (that’s right, cause they didn’t believe me the first time), I was finally able to convince TJ that my AC was still blowing hot, humid air. A few hours later I was told that I needed to replace the condenser for another $1,050.00. No efforts or considerations were made from TJ or Paul aside from trying to sell me another expensive service that I was able to arrange for over 40% less than what they were asking. Very disappointed with the diagnostic capabilities and customer service I have been given from this location. I would HIGHLY recommend spending your money elsewhere. Will not return.

The start here at 2045 Macland ate a great crew. I needed a new tire, new alternator, alignment, oil change, and tune up. While it was an expensive repair, the group here at Pep Boys got to work immediately and did not stop until the work was finished. They kept me updated on everything that was being done. Not only did they keep me updated, but it was from both aspects of the store: front desk clerk and mechanics doing the work. The various aspects of the store communicate effectively and relay messages to the consumer very well. I would recommend this group to anyone!

Fantastic shop... extremely friendly. I had my cars oil changes and transmission fluid flushed at another lube shop on the East side of town... big mistake. They tried to tell me a belt was destroyed... and in the process of trying to tighten it up, they rounded the bolt. I took it to Pepboys on Macland Crossing and they fixed me right up! They assured me the belt was fine, and were able to tighten it up and send me on my merry way. I will only ever go to this shop from now on for ALL of my car care.

Ive had my honda civic serviced here for the last 5 yrs. Ive bought tires, oil change, battery replaced, brakes done, and a tire repair. The prices are fair, the customer service is great and the car service is done in a timely manor that you can wait. I would recommend this place to everyone. I also wanted to add, being a female getting your car serviced youre on guard all the time thinking you might get ripped off, but i never felt like that here. Awesome place.

My son needed a radiator, and they charged him $865. I thought that was a little high, and got it with the hoses for half the price. Total rip off, plus customer was poor.
