Ordered online a part that I have been looking for for a while. Was excited to see it was in stock! Arrived at the store an hour later and it seemed as though the lady working, Stacy may have been her name, seemed like she didnt care about my husband and I AT ALL, or know what she was doing. Did not communicate AT ALL while looking for the gasket maker we ordered in black. Didnt tell us that they were out of stock of black (which online said it was in stock) and proceeded to ignore is throughout the entire time. Every encounter she had with a customer was slow, sluggish and with an attitude that she did not care or want to be at work. We waited about 30 minutes for a man that was clearly busy to stop what he was doing and go look for it once again. He came back with a gray color asking us if that was okay. Of course it is!!! As long as its the same product. Stacy, get your act together and follow through with your customers. Move a little faster and get some problem solving skills.

Michael saw me from a far and came and assisted me without me asking. He was very helpful and informative. He also installed my wiper blades at no cost. He greeted everyone that came in the door like he knew them. Great customer service and thats where I like to spend my money. Wished everyone was like Michael.
