DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. Dont wast your time with Jeep Hut. They over promise and under deliver. Never a manager to talk to and if you leave the a message they dont return your calls. You call or email the sales staff and leave them messages and no response. There response i got both times was "we are under staffed and we cant get back to everyone". I ordered three parts Thursday May 7th and I was told they had all 3 in stock in the Georgia warehouse. The 3 day ship time took 7 days to get to Wisconsin and only got two of them. After a few calls I got an answer that the part is on its way. I check the tracking number they gave me on May 15th and it hasnt left there yet. Now all the parts they had in stock are still not in my hands 8 days later. If i was told it was going to take take this long i would have call a company that cares. This inst the first time having issues with them, I guess I didnt learn my lesson the first time. Same issues as the first time. :( Call a company that cares and has earned your hard earned money. Jeep Hut has not earned any more of my hard earned money.

Worst business I have ever dealt with. I paid over $5,000 for lockers and gears in my 2013 jk. First set of gears were not set up correctly leading to severe driveline lash. Gears self destructed in a couple of months destroying the ARB locker. Canton jeep dealership said it was the worst work they have ever seen. After Much conversation, Mike (owner)agreed to replace the locker if I paid for new gears. Bad deal, but only way he would do anything. He denide all responsibility. After having my jeep for nearly a month they had it "fixed". That was October. Now guess what? Same problem. Now Im in columbus, GA and the jeep dealership here said that they have never seen such poor/shady work. He also said it looks like they put in used parts because of the wear and short time installed. My jeep has a total of 30,000 miles on a 2013! Only about 16k have been on these TWO sets of gears. There is a reason this company is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Stay away.

Great , business and workers at this business. Consistently giving me best prices on the products I want. Fast service, and always there to answer a question whenever I give them a call. When I do have a warranty issue, The Jeep Hut crew has always been there for me to get it corrected no matter who the manufacturer of the product was. If you read some the previous remarks I see a bunch of lies and B__S__T. I have known these guys and the owner for over 6 years and have had then help me in any way- sometimes way beyond what other off road shops would even consider. I have personally seen their workmanship and knowledge on several JEEP builds and can say without any doubt, The Jeep Hut has an IMPECABLE business reputation/ responsibility. I you people want to deal with a HONEST and FORTHRIGHT business, look up and call The Jeep Hut!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM JEEP BUT! If anything goes wrong with your order they will do nothing to make it right. I ordered a motor mount in May. It arrived a week later no problem. When I went to install it I discovered the flange was welded on backwards. I AM STILL FIGHTING THEM through my credit card company because they keep submitting the charge! All of this after I sent them pictures and explained the problem. I am a reasonable person but these people will just ripp you off and ignore you afterwards. Just incase the owner wants to respond my order # 24964. Please respond saying you looked and couldnt find it. It will only help my case with my cc company.....

Ordered a hat 2 months ago and was told it was on back order after calling a week after ordering. I called back 1 week later and was told the same thing. I called back the 5th and 7th week and was told the exact same thing...."it was on back order but we just received it today and will have it shipped out tomorrow." I question this companies integrity because I was told the same thing twice. I will not be recommending this company to anyone nor will I ever attempt to purchase anything from them. I cancelled my order, and I hoping I get my money back because they charged my card the moment I submitted my order online.

So far Ive had great experience with them but if you order something online. It would be nice to be given a tracking number so that you can know when that part comes into the store or will be at youre house.. I ordered some parts on a Friday and they said it would be in the next Saturday or Monday.. A whole week and a half almost wondering where the damn parts are and then I call up and ask when would it be in today (it was Monday) and they said they dont get orders in till around Tuesday! Then why tell me its gonna come in Monday? Like dang man I need my parts with all this rain and getting back and forth to work..

Both order fulfillment and customer communications / notifications are way below present day standards... 9 days and a product marked as "in-stock" still has not shipped??? ...and no attempt to inform [me] the customer??? Had to login in order to discover product still had not shipped after more than 11 days. Disappointing. Suggest shoppers read other reviews before making a purchase... now thinking this is just some half a$$d attempt at e-commerce. Appreciate other reviewers speaking up... only wish I had read these before ordering.[roll eyes]

This place is a joke. I ordered a part from Jeephut on the 10th. Three weeks go by and nothing so I sent them an email asking. A week goes by and nothing so I call then. They tell me the part is no longer being produced anywhere by anybody and they have to refund me and make it all sound like I should have known this and why was I bothering them ordering it in the first place. Two minutes later I got it from a different website. Another two weeks later and no refund from Jeephut. I wonder what obvious thing Ive done wrong this time

I was referred to The Jeep Hut by a friend (put a lot of stock into references) and have gotten burned. Ten days after ordering (and paying for) my item the status is still "Awaiting Shipping" (has been the same status for days). Emails ignored and Facebook Messenger response only contained excuses, not any actual solutions or attempts to fix the situation. Needed the item for a trip, obviously not going to have it in time now. I will never do business with this company again and cannot ever recommend them to my family or friends now.

I order a Hood release cable a week ago and i was supposed to get it this week, but i received an email instead saying my order was not processed because there was a step that needed to be complete. I called customer service and the guy i spoke with tells me my order was going to be ship right at that moment and that the email sent to me was an automatic email and not to pay attention to it and that i should received my item next week. Horrible experience with customer service and my online order.
