I cant fault them really for not being a 24 hour one so Ill let it slide. But my gosh does the line feel like it moves like molasses there. Each time I go whether theres one or numerous people in front of me it feel like takes forever for nothing sometimes. Not only that but some people just walk up to the counter from outside the line and theyll be served like theyve been patiently waiting. Ugh, I just want to get it and get out. Writing this review it made me drop them a star cause I remembered they ran out of the headlight I wanted that I found out after I waited in line forever. In short, dont be in a hurry here and get the basic stuff, none of the nicer stuff cuz theyll be out of it

A shorter Asian gentleman was supposed to help us change our headlight. First he went back inside to help service other customers, which was fine, he then came out with a bad attitude and claimed he couldnt replace the front light on the car and asked a mother mechanic how much he charged for the service. He said $20 which was rediculous because this is a service autozone was supposed to provide for free. Instead of going to grab another associate who could assist us with the repair he just left. NEVER coming back to this location. Disappointed in the lack of customer service this employee displayed.

Dealt with Amin at this auto zone - He went above and beyond the call of duty. Very helpful guy. We broke down and had to walk over from a few blocks away and we thought the battery was dead. After we described our situation, he gave us his input, advice, help, and helped us get back on the road. GREAT SERVICE! Thank you.

Short Asian guy (dont know his name) the one that drives a BMW Z4 always has an attitude when ever I go in. Asked him a simple question about STP Octane booster with MMT and replied "why do you need it, thats not going to help your car." Any question you ask, he always answers with an attitude.

Staff are rude they dont answer the phone, they are not helpful, the manager on duty sinoshka is not even concern and when Im telling her that her employee is rude shes telling me whatever now, how can i help u! Im amazed some people with such a attitude have Job!

Im not happy with the service, I called for a part and was told it was available, asked for it to be held at the counter gave my name, but upon arrival. The part is not being held and I had to wait until it was located in the stocking area, before purchase.

The asian guy was very helpful. My upper radiator hose was cracked and he went ahead and helped me. Even though he is not a mechanic, he still tried to take care of me. Store is a little messy but great customer services.
