I went there and asked this older gentlemen with thick glasses to help me out because something was going on with my battery and the light kept coming on. He said to pop the hood in which I did but called me lazy because I didnt open it fully. I was very offended because he thought I could not read his lips and he kept shaking his head at me and was extremely rude when he finally tested my battery. I asked so is it my alternator he said said i dont know just bring it back and get it charged! Like oookkk I know nothing about cars I was just asking. Now I dont know if he woke up on the wrong side of the bed or just was not caring but he really needs to work on customer service because he was very horrid!And to top it all off I went to go pick my battery back up from charging and they didnt have it on the charger!

I am a student up the street and today I stopped here because I was having a issue with my car and wanted to get my alternator checked out to make sure that is what kept causing my check battery light to come on. Chris who works here came outside to look at my car and was extremely helpful, he knew exactly what to do, he answered different questions I had and was super polite and professional. In this day in age finding good customer service can be hard to find, however, that is exactly what I found here. Chris was fantastic and took at least 10 minutes to help me out. When someone goes above and beyond, it should be known. This is why I shop at Advance Auto Parts. I will be back again. Thanks again!

Great selection, terrible staff. Mahedrah is one of the most unhelpful person here. Make sure to grab the tag for the price upon checking out since according to him a manager is required to match the appropriate price as marked on the shelf.
