I walk into the store & 2 employees , seem to ignore my presence. I stand at the waiting sign(no other customer in the store but me) then i signal & Elizabeth V reluctantly moves toward me& asked what i need. I showed her online pick up order but she looked completely lost& asked whats the item#? . she then moves to pick one of the items i needed then calls out asking the other item i needed.I asked her to look for order# & retrieve everything from the computer. She retorted,"i hardly do this".she moves& call her co-worker, Black male with ~ 58" with goatee& with NO NAME TAG!.He chuckles & walks to the computer, i moved & showed him the pick up order# but frowns& ignores me. He later walks aside to assist his co-worker move stuff while i stand there waiting. He later realized im still waiting & then walks to the isle,retrieves the last item that i needed. I shook my head in disbelief for this GHETTO kind of service.He then frown &asks as if ready to get confrontational" Why are you shaking your head, I helped you?" I said why did it take this long& after all am i not helping you by buying shopping here?" He then said (just like Elizabeth V) we dont /hardly do this. At this point, heads in the store had turned curiously listening to this conversation. I walked out feeling sad& demoralized.There was one of the staff (in a grey shirt) who just looked but said nothing as he served a customer, hes always been good to me.As from now on i will shopping elsewhere, as im just tired of employees who are so unprofessional but to earn paycheck .

I went to the location on Mt. Zion road and I crossed the path of one of the worst customer service rep Ill ever met in my life...her name was Laytifo and she really does not need to be in the business of servicing anyone in a customer service type work. She was unprofessional and very rude. She works on the far end of the store in commerical accounts I assume. I will advise everyone I come across not to ever go to this store location because of her crappy people skills...she deserves a score of 1 out of a 100...low as it can be to match her terrible customer service skill. Do not go there for anything as long as she works there...The worst ever...she needs to be fired.and with her ways its just a matter of time. Corporate please fix this problem. She is pulling your business down.

The Zoner By The Name Of Phil N. Was extremely rude and was so non chalant and unhelpful to say the least. I came in with a couple of questions about my break signal lights being replaced and all I got was "I cant help you with that" "go outside and find a mechanic in the parking lot" and he proceeded to assist the customer behind me. None of my questions were answered and even if I needed new bulbs, he didnt even direct me to purchase those so this visit was completely unprofessional and I regret stopping at this location. Terrible!!

Chris is the absolutely best !! His customer service was outstanding!!!! I came in with trouble with my break lights . I thought it going to be a easy fix...but come to find out the bulb melted into the tail light connector . He too his time and dedication into removing the melted bulb . It took him at least 30 min to fix when clearly he could have been helping other customers. The service I received today was phenomenal . Thank you so much Chris for all your help .

The staff is the best at this location. Most autozones Ive shopped at, the staff was really mean and uncaring. But not at this location! They went above and beyond to make sure I got my car running properly. They even saved me $200 just by helping me with a headlight that would have burned a whole in my pocket. Best customer service by far

Its an okay environment. They obviously dont know what it means to be professional but they will answer your questions. The throw around the n word and music as though they arent at work. It could be a 5 star place if they just clean up the language and get some training on how to conduct themselves in a professional environment.

Seems someone should be reviewing these posts and provide this place with some serious training. Customer Service is part of the job. Employees need to understand the job description and be able to perform the duties. Customers should not continue to have poor customer service. It is a very unprofessional environment.
