These people at Napa are crooks racists and liars. Do not Go There! They cater to white customers.They told me they could not service my AC in my car because it was too cold outside and the freon will freeze up. Mind you its 55 degrees outside and they have a garage. In which the 4 white guys that work there were just standing around looking out the bay doors. Also last year they installed my AC compressor. Less than a year later my compressor is bad again. I think they switched my new compressor out which I provided brand new myself to something else put together they had because I asked for my old compressor back and they said they threw it away. Also they would not wait 10 extra minutes for me to get off work to pick my car up. My sister had to go pay for it and i reimbursed her. she also got into with the owner. He snatched the money from her and didnt tell her where my car keys were, assuming she knew they were already inside the car. I think his name is Eric the slick looking one, well they all are, no black people work there. Again stay away from them crooks!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went here and asked Matt if he could LOOK at my headlight. He said that he would LOOK at it and SEE if the young man who had installed it at Advance Auto Parts had installed it correctly. During this time I waited because he had called the police on a young African American girl who he had also taken advantage of. I noticed that a lot of time had gone by and so I went to the counter to see what was going on. He told me that I owed him $35. I never authorized him to work on it. He told me that he fixed it after he looked at it (without my permission!)

The people here are very racist and liars I walk in and was stand behind my wife and the the owner was telling my wife that he could not service her because it was too cold outside it was 55 maybe 58 degrees and he could not service her AC. Now they replace the ac compressor a year ago and it is now leaking pressure he did not want to check it so they gave some lie that it was too cold outside he said that the freon would freeze up if they put it in the system and it was 55 58 degrees outside
