Google hours indicate that this location is open untill 10pm. I made a special trip to spend my money here and arrived at 9:15pm only to find door locked and all the lights on. The open sign was on and once I caught the attention of the employees one came to the door and I tried to show them that there open sign was on and that Google showed they were open till 10pm .The response I received was... Well lets just say less than professional. This location is just down the road from my house but after this experience I will happily drive across town to there nearest competitor. Maybe if ur Google listing has been wrong for years someone should look into fixing it!

I am someone who knows very little about cars and I dont have anyone to help me when I have car issues. I have no idea even how to replace my windshield wipers. My headlight burned out and I was made aware of it when the popo pulled me over. I came to this store tonight and was thankful they were even open on Sunday and until 8! The manager Fred went above and beyond helping me. I feel really thankful and blessed he was working because I dont think anyone else would have been so kind. If you need help with your car and dont really know what to do I would recommend you come to this store and ask for Fred, the manager!

When they were the only game in town you could forgive their lack of customer service and generally poor attitudes. Now with Autozone down the street and numerous other options - dont go. I really cant stress enough how the poor attitude can impact your experience at an auto parts store. Knowing cars isnt a requirement but being friendly and open to assist the customer is a must.

Ive been having a tough month financially, and Im trying to get my car in shape to sell. Sean and Kameron were more than helpful with everything I needed. I think this is the second review Ive ever actually spent the time to write, but these guys at the EL Advance Auto deserve it.

I have been several times buying parts from them because they are locally nearby, but I ended in confusion that they have the worst ever customer service. They have a bad attitude toward their customer and they sell fake warranty. Dont buy from this branch

Ive been coming here for a very long time, but recently the staff doesnt seem very open and friendly as they used to be. I think they are under new management. I will no longer be coming back to this location.
