One of their drivers SPEED OUT ON FREEDOM WITH OUT LOOKING INTO TRAFFIC AND JUST ABOUT HIT MY TRUCK I BLOWED THE HORN ( AND THE WORST THING ABOUT IT IS THAT SHE KEPT GOING DIDNT CARE IF WE WERE OKAY, TOTALLY IGNORED US AND KEPT GOING, I HAD TOO SLAM ON THE BRAKES TOO KEEP FROM HITTING HER, I TURN THE TRUCK AROUND AND WENT INSIDE THE NAPA STORE, MY HUSBAND AND I AND TOLD THE SUPERVISOR OF HER DRIVING BEHAVIOR ( FROM THE LOOK OF IT SHE SHOULDNT BE DRIVING, SHE DIDNT TAKE PRECAUTIONS, NOT ONLY THAT SHE WASNT CARING ENOUGH TO MAKE SURE WE WERE OKAY! AND IRONICLY AS WE WERE LEAVING THE NAPA PARKING LOT WE NOTICED ( ONE OF THEIR COMPANY CARS WERE WRECKED ) IF AN EMPLOYEE DONT CARE ENOUGH CONCERNING A WRECK THEN I KNOW THEY WOULDNT CARE ENOUGH TO MAKE SURE I AM A SATISFYING CUSTOMER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I FOR SURE WILL NOT TAKE MY BUSINESS THERE OR ANY OF MY FRIENDS THAT WORKS AROUND THAT AREA BY THE TIME I TELL THEM ABOUT THIS SITUATION CONCERNING THE NON CARING INCIDENT !!!!!

I had an excellent experience at this Napa today. James helped me more than I ever expected. He was able to save me some money and kept me from over buying. He knew I was a car novice and made sure I had the right purchases. He was a gentleman with excellent customer service. I will return and recommend this Napa to my friends due to James!

Maybe the storefront is a bit dated or in need of a facelift, but Ive gotten the best service out of any local parts stores here. Granted that isnt an amazing feat, but much appreciated.
