I called them yesterday. They offered me $125 for four wheels with tires and would assure the tires fit but would try to get the best tires for me. Today when I arrived there. They wanted $175. I said I had already talked about the price over the phone. So they had to accept $125. I paid them in cash. Then after FOUR hours. They presented four wheels with tires to me. The size of the tires for my car is 185/65/R14. But the four they gave me has one 195/70/14, one 185/60/14 and two right size ones with almost no tread on them any more. I said I wouldnt take those wheels and tires and hope to get some money back. Firstly, they said they had to charge 25% restocking fee. I agreed. But after a while, they changed their mind, and insisted to charge me $50...... They were shouting.... I didnt have the time and energy to argue with that kind of people and so I got my $75 and left.. It was extremely cold today, freezing. These people are colder than the inclement weather. A terrible experience. The only thing I want is never to be meet such kind of people any more

Never again. Ive bought 5 engines from these guys, and 3 of the 5 were bad. They claim to run these things before theyre pulled to confirm theyre good engines which is a LIE. They also falsify the documentation they give you about mileage, VINs, etc. 1 of the engines I got from them was documented as coming out of a certain vehicle with less than 90k miles. After pulling this engine apart due to overheating and 4 collapsed lifters it was very apparent that this engine has 200k+ on it and was NOT from the vehicle they said it was from. I gave them 5 chances and was burned 3 of the 5. And their "warranty".....what a f-king joke. If youre looking for a specific hard part Im sure this place isnt too bad but Id never, ever, advise getting a complete engine from them. Theres no telling how long its sat outside, where it came from or what the actual mileage will be. Buy at your own risk.

False advertising: Bought electric power steering rack from them based on their stated 30 day warranty on their website. Sold me one which I discovered was full of muddy water the next day. I called about returning it and they said that it would have to be installed and to fail (potentially lethal) before they would take it back. The second time I called they said that the signs in the store said that there was no warranty on electrical parts, the web site was not correct, and that it was "just the chance you take". BBB rating "F".

I have purchased a transmission from them that they said had 90k. That Transmission was in bad shape and did not work from install. Then they have a these demeaning questions before they honor their warranty. Would not recommend them. Owner also have a filty mouth and bad attitude to be a business owner. Guess he doesnt care about his customers. Horrible experience. The other employees was pleasant. Despite their boss.

Called a day ahead to confirm they had the part I needed. They said yes then I drove all the way over there and they said they didnt have it because they thought they had a bad bumper to pull it from and didnt want to pull it out of a good bumper. Appeared to have zero concern for the time I wasted and zero concern in any customer service. Ive bought various used parts here over the years. I wont be going back.

They get parts for you and at a good price. But dont expect a smile and "thank you". Rude as hell. They have wifi but dont let customers use it as they wait. Just make SSID hidden and say I dont have wifi instead of refusing while customers wait. or if security is concern (obviously not as SSID is broadcasted) buy a $40 router for customers that will last years and customers will be more willing to come back.

Worst customer service imaginable. Staff is extremely rude and very unprofessional. I called about a part, I was told by one of the staff that it would be out and available for pick-up. Once I arrive from a 1hr drive and pay for the item, I was told it would take 3 hrs for the alternator to be available. I was never told this before hand. I will never do business with a company like this. Horrible service!!

I own Turbo Shop and this is the 6th time I purchased used parts from Columbia Used Auto Parts and honestly is a 5 ***** Business. I bought a transmision time ago and works perfect. Helpful people,honest,have great knowledge on used parts and always make you comeback by the nice way they treat you. Plus they have very competitive prices. Recommend 100%.

Was out of town and coolant reservoir burst on my Lincoln ls. I was referred to them by a friend. They were fast, friendly and they took the part off for me. The price was more than fair. I was in and out in ten minutes. I highly recommend this place.

Got a working used alternator for my Ford ranger at a great price. Came with a 30 day warranty which is great for a used alternator. Even tested it before I left. I will definitely come back for more parts as needed.
