Ian the manager there doesnt deserve to wear that uniform much the title Manager. Went there to get a cabin light bulb LED, after making my purchase I went to the parking lot and installed the new bulb which came on but very low which I knew that something wasnt right so I went back inside the store ask Ian if I could get another light bulb being that this one was defective. He told me with an nasty little attitude "all LED shows the same and he wouldnt be giving me another one so I can either take it or get my money back" I told him I have a clear knowledge of what the light bulb was suppose to look like and insist on giving me my money back. How is that kind of service helping the customer or the store he represent..? Then have the nerve to tell me to go somewhere else. So I went Advanced auto right down the street and got the same brand bulb at a cheaper price too with no hassle from the staff. I am a commercial account holder with AutoZone but with people like Ian makes me rather do business elsewhere. Note I wont be going back to this location and Ill be telling my customers not to go there either until hes either apologise or they get rid of him, there are millions of unemployed people who would be happy to have that position and I bet they would do a better job too.

I was working out of town and unable to check on my wife until late, when she informed me that the check engine light came on that afternoon. It was ~ 10-15 mins before 10pm and I told her she might check w/ Autozone. Sheldon Thomas was helpful to her over the phone and told her that if she got there before 10, they would check the problem. She rushed over there, and Hassan Wilson was at the front. Although it was just a couple of mins til 10, he ran the test, and patiently waited for the results. My wife and I are both very grateful for their great customer service that helped diffuse a very stressful situation. The problem turned out to be something that could wait until I returned, and she didnt have to miss work the next day. Thank you Sheldon and Hassan!

Ive been going to the Autozone for years until today. The customer service has been getting worse over the years and this location finally lost my business over a quart of oil. They would not allow me to exchange a quart of oil that was the wrong weight because the cashier rang up all the oil using only one quart. Pretty dumb to make an issue over $5, but they did. I recommend the OReilly down the street. While the store is not as nice, the staff is very friendly and much more knowledgeable.

I dont know if its just Sundays but awful service. Manager stayed in the back talking on the phone to a friend (you could hear the convo) while only one guy up front with a line of 8 people. Either way understaffed or not staffed. I was 2nd in line just to get my codes pulled and they took 15 minutes just to tell me to wait so they could check people out. He just told me they are awful on Sundays and goto another auto zone. Great business model

I want to applaud the outstanding customer service of Travis at store #9(Lawrenceville HWY) after experiencing total disrespect for the customer at the 24 hour store on Jimmy Carter Boulevard last night..Travis checked the battery and alternator and exemplified thorough knowledge of what I needed to do to keep my car operating properly. I will always visit this store for my auto needs.

Terribly staffed. Ive stood at the counter and waited for 15 minutes in line while two other dolts behind the counter screwed around. Out of the three employees in-store, one was on the phone on a personal call, one was at the counter helping someone, and one popped up from the racks - looked at the line of people, and promptly disappeared.

This store has very bad and arrogant staff there is one African american guy who will tell that he will help and never help but he stays on phone sound like he talk to woman Constantin, i was their for more than 20 + minute never got any help from that guy and others same way stay away from this store

Actually I have never liked the Autozon as much as I liked this because of the employees here. Jahmal and Xaviar were so welcoming and helpful. You would trust him them for they way of respect and knowledge they have. They doing an awesome costumer services.
