My Husband and I went into the Stockbridge location to get a few items for our auto. He was not sure about an item that he wanted to purchase and needed to ask a few questions. None of the employees acknowledged our presence when we first entered the store. There was a few customers beening helped when we entered the store. Once we did stand in line to get help no one helped us once the customers left. It seem the employees ignore our presence the whole time we were there. Have been to location many times and never an issue with the customer service. I understand if your employees are busy helping other customers but at least acknowledge in coming customers with " Welcome" or "I will be with you in a few minutes ". But to not utter a word is unacceptable. We left after waiting in line after five minutes and we were the only ones waiting.

They will solve any problem you have.... Its the best part store Ive been to hands down... Plus excellent customer service... They install batteries/headlights/brakelights/taillights/windshields wipers etc. Pretty quick too... They even scan for codes if you check engine light is on. They dont have you waiting in line forever like most part stores.
