I had a terrible experience here and will not go back. The employee who helped me test my battery didnt really seem to care and just wanted to sell me a charger. I asked him if we could check my alternator and the starter, but my car wouldnt start. He took the equipment to head inside the store. I asked him what he was doing and why couldnt we try a second time. He said I was being rude and that he wasnt a mechanic. He was the one being rude and unhelpful! He didnt even want to explain the options around using a charger. Advance Auto Parts is 1,000 time better! They are professional, helpful and they dont treat you like a nuisance the way AutoZone does.

Autozone has a new customer FOR LIFE! My car was having problems starting so I went to Autozone so they could check the battery. Gil was AMAZING!!! I will be coming back to this Autozone in the future and will ask for Gil. Everyone should ask for Gil. He was funny, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He checked my battery and told me that I needed a new one. He talked me through the various battery options available to me, giving me the pros and cons of each. After I picked, he replaced the battery for me. No upselling, no pressure to waiting, no fuss! He was quick, the whole thing took less than 30 mins! Very pleasant experience.

Super friendly, helpful staff and unbeatable prices. My brake-lights were out and I was worried it was due to a larger issue from some recent brake work Id had done at a shop and was very stressed out Id have to take it back in. Gil checked the bulbs, showed me how they were just burnt out and replaced them both. He very kindly walked me through the process with an explanation of what he was doing, so Im 100% confident I can do it myself next time. Thanks, Gil!

Nice new store with good parts and prices. They have an impressive inventory on site, but Ive occasionally needed parts they cant find in the computer (that their competitors have).

Friendly enough. Needed a zip tie to fix a broken throttle valve cable. Guy said he didnt know what a zip tie was. I walked around and found them in the back of the store.
