just left.... had a video of some kind of plug that goes into the housing unit for the oil filter. waited for the guy to get off the phone as he was guiding someone through their engine parts a what their problem might be. no problem... he gets off the phone, and proceeds to tell me that hes not gone look at da video. Im not a mechanic, I dont know what to tell you. seems to me that he just got done trying to identify something over the phone to someone else. Ive spent a lot of money at this place for years. Ive never seen this guy with the long dreds before. I get the feeling that if I had a darker complexion he would have at least tried... all long as he is working there Ill just drive an extra mile to orileys.

By far the worst auto parts store I have ever been to all the employees there need a lot more training to get you the right parts and its the worst customer service Ive ever seen really do not think it stops at the store been waiting over a week now for the DM to call me about some issues and I have not yet heard from him

pretty good store, need more mechanically knowledge men. buy customer service is patient and go out there way.managers are pretty familiar with what your liking for.inventory is pretty commonly stocked up

Went there to find a rear view mirror because the old one had the old bracket lodged inside. The clerk was able to dislodge the bracket saving me from buying a new one. Great customer service.
