Worst auto parts store I have ever been to! Parts are low quality. This specific store has incompetent employees. When I tried to return an obviously defective battery they wasted over an hour of my time and actually physically destroyed the battery with a tester, that they wouldnt accept was bad when I returned it. After they told me they had to try to slow charge a battery, that read 9.75 volts out of the store, for an hour the manager told me that the hour would be over before I knew it and I could just browse the store for or he could give me boxes and I could "stock shelves" for an hour. I decided at this point I dont want a replacement battery I just want my money back and was told in an hour when the battery checks out bad they can only exchange it. I was not satisfied with ANY part of my experience here. I work as a tech in a shop that Autozone is always sending a sales rep to for my business. I will not only never buy anything from Autozone again, I will make sure my shop doesnt either.

This auto parts store is the worst I have ever seen. This store gives AutoZone a bad name. Employees are incompetent and frankly dont care. All I wanted to do is exchange the wrong part which I was given... And because I didnt have the receipt I couldnt... Guess it doesnt matter that Im a loyalty customer... Found my receipt and I literally had to go take the part off my car and show them In order for them to get it right... I guess this a new definition of self service... Terrible service ... Im sure AutoZone as a company doesnt want this to be their image or reputation... I have been to stores that were better in the way of customer service. But this has me questioning if I ever want to do business in the future with AutoZone.

I went to the autozone since I had some issues with my vehicles and the service shop that I go to was closed today. I was greeted by Ben automatically by entering the store and he was eager to help me. He went above and beyond in helping me with my battery and even replace the battery for me. He also checked for me to see if the battery was under the warranty since I purchased it at autozone. I ended up getting a battery for free and getting my car fixed. I highly recommend this auto zone, Ben made the whole experience a pleasant one.

I Just went to this Auto Zone. No one greeted me. Three workers i stood waiting for help to purchase windscreen wipers. Ive been a loyal customer for years. You know what? I took my business next door to Oreillys. Best decision ever theyve gained a new customer and a business from my brothers mechanic shop from now on.

Stood in line to check out, and waited almost 10 minutes, while another employee was standing around in the back. And the manager was totally obnoxious and seem to have no idea about managing - Is this the best Autozone can come out with - to manage their stores and representing Autozone?

They have about 20 people in the back and only 2 people are attending people while there was like 20 people waiting. I spent like 40 minutes for just one car piece that I needed. And at last they didnt even have it.
