ive been lucky, and havent had to go to a parts store in a very long time, but when I do, I choose these guys. why? ---> *Friendly, right parts given etc.* I called the Salem Ave Location just a few mins ago, The guy asked me what was I looking for, & after I told him, he politely said >thanks for calling the store today< simple right....NO its Amazingly outside the norm!! especially on this side of town (which I live) I havent been to the other stores in over ten years (their competitors) why you ask, well plain & simple, if you want the feeling of you are keeping someone from their F.book profile or you are just a bothersome, well you get what Im saying..these guys @ Genuine auto Parts are A-1 in my book!! all without the ghetto, bling, hip talking BS.
