I had my license plate bolts rusted into the back of my van hatch. An employee delayed his break, came out with a torque wrench, removed it himself, and then found the proper parts I needed to replace it. He spent no less than 15 minutes helping me. I was blown away with how he made my problem his. Ill frequent this store even though another one is closer to me. Great job Autozone Franklin!

My husband went to exchange a part, and when the worker went to confirm the exchanged items he yelled across the store to my husband who walked away for a bit to check something out, he yelled 3 times to my husband and each time he yelled I calmly answered his question because I was standing right next to him. He completely ignored me and continued yelling.

Too expensive. Never honor price quotes. Wont give core charge exchange. Too stupid, rude! I have finally convinced son to go elsewhere with his money(working on husband still). Husband got battery here that did not last 1 year, not the cheap 1 either so he might of learned.

It is what it is. Exactly what youd expect from an AutoZone. Clean, comparable prices, and staff that looks things up on a computer and brings back a box with matching numbers to the parts you need. Theyre great here though, havent ever had an issue with this location.

My AC pump locked up and broke the serpentine belt on my vehicle. The staff was very helpful in finding a belt that would bypass the AC on my vehicle. I was 200 miles from home and thanks to them I was able to install the new belt right there and get back on the road.
