The manager of the store is not focused on customer service. Even after directed by his HQ to release a part to a 3rd party, he refused. His ego got in the way of make the right decision for himself, his company and his customer.

Always a big line, plenty of employees to make the line move fast, but act like theres no one there and walk around doing nothing, stay away from this place and just go to Oreilly thats across from the streets

I came here to buy a transmission mount and had a good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. I took a star off because they didnt have the selection of items that other Advance locations have.
