I will give them a pass and not give them a two star rating. My purchase had been made. I called back in there and asked if they would check the codes in my car because the check engine light was on. Told me they would be right out. One hour later, they still had not come out to test the codes. Fortunately, I was occupied on the internet. I called inside again. About 10 minutes later, an elderly gentleman came out. He was quite professional, checked them, gave me a printout and that was it.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I literally just left from trying to have my bulbs changed. The woman had no clue what she was doing and the guy watched her struggle without offering any type of help. I left after about 20 mins without my bulbs changed. Im pissed. Will never come to this location again. Ill just drive further out for better customer service.

Horrible customer service by a man named Kenneth. Elderly man who seemed like his time was too precious to make a return in exchange for another part. Did not want to help and kept saying things under his breath. Demanded my money back and took my business elsewhere. If you dont have time to help people, dont get a job in customer service. Simple!
