The Scrap Guy

Jessica is the most useless incompetent person I have ever run across in any store ever. They screwed up my order and this dummy didnt even know the phone number to customer service... And shes supposed to be the manager. Well, several formal complaints were filed and she will be looking for a new job soon. This little mishap caused me to miss a $5000 dollar MRI appointment that I could not reschedule and of course its non refundable. So Advance will be getting sued to recover my loss and she will be specifically named in the lawsuit. Every time we have gone to this store it has been nothing but a huge hassle. These people need to be retrained, or better yet, fired and totally restaffed with people that have a clue. Go to OReillys, where they at least know what theyre doing. It will save you a lot of time and headache. Its worth the extra few bucks.

Store is good...The people working* there arent! Especially the manager. She needs a smack upside her head. *Working: Standing around talking instead of helping customers. And or kissing the bosses ass. (you know who you are phone boy) Well dont worry guys, her job will be available soon, you just might need to get your knees dirty for the higher ups like she did. No experience or knowledge required at all... Wont train.... Just wing it and do what the computer says. And be sure to act like a complete jerk to everyone who knows what they are talking about that contradicts the computer!

They are usually pretty well staffed with helpful associates. The store is easy to navigate and pretty clean. I bought a battery there and they installed it. They hooked some machine to my car that was supposed to keep all of my settings and clock from being reset, but that didnt work. No biggie, Ill still shop there.
