If I could give zero stars, I would. Owner/operator "randy" or Randall was so rude today when I tried making a return with my receipt. I would & will never go to Napa in Monroe , oh ever again. He knows nothing about customer service & how to treat people!!! No wonder the parking lot was empty!!! Randy Rude!!!!!

Good Outfit. Old and rustic, if you like that. Not true about "treating like crap". I havent even lived in the US for 20 years, let alone Monroe. In fact I dont even live in Monroe, rather in a new sub-division South of Monroe. The guys there are helpful and respectful. Never got any crap from them.

The guys that work and own this place are awesome. They go above and beyond to help you find parts and supplies for any vehicle. Ive alway been treated with respect and usually they have the best part available.
