I had ordered a part by phone to be picked up the next day. I specifically requested to be contacted when the part arrived that was added in the foot note of my order. The following day I never received a call, so when I called the store to inquire about not being contacted and if the part had come in, the store manager by the name of Travis answered the phone and was very rude in his response by saying in a hateful tone that he doesnt spend all day on the phone calling people. If someone cant be bothered to provide the service requested by a customer, he shouldnt be working there and there are millions of other people in this country looking for a job. I will no longer buy from that store ever again because if they put people like that into management they obviously dont care about how the business is operated or how customers are treated.

Alt-Reality Check

I am passing through from North Dakota. I needed the part, calling as I drove, they had it, I was 4 miles away and asked if I could get in to get it so I wouldnt be stuck and have to pay for a motel, and he said "Nope. We close in 4 minutes so you will never make it." Needless to say, when I check out of my motel I will be hobbling over to anywhere but there.
