Completely satisfied! I just purchased a new used car for myself from Graff in Durand. Eric was my main salesman, however Dan also helped me out. They and everyone else went above and beyond to make me feel special. This was my first time purchasing my own vehicle but I have been with my mother on many purchases she had made and I dont recall her ever being treated as I was. Their prices are never competitive, always outrageous and ridiculous. Their sales people are con men, always say the right thing to get you to overpay for any services. The work is decent if you dont mind the hit to your wallet.
