We are a family of 5 with some hardships on our credit recently, but that didnt stop us from needing a family vehicle. We went to 4 local dealerships in Clarksville, 2 of which were outright disrespectful because of our credit score. Having credit issues should not be a reason for bad customer service. We heard of auto masters on the radio and decided to give it a try instead of formal lots. We always thought " buy here, pay here " meant through the roof interest rates, terrible mark ups, and lemons! Other dealerships told us a truck or low mileage suv under 15k was impossible and laughed in our faces, literally! When we walked into AUTOMASTERS we already saw multiple options we were interested in. We werent sure we could get financed with such a low score. But Sanjay greeted us with a smile and as we explained our previous experience he let us know we would not be having that experience here. He immediately took us inside and saw we were scared and concerned over prices monthly payments approvals and credit scores. But they have a really neat system that shows you everything youre going to pay upfront shows you what your payments will be and what to expect with no hidden fees and no lies. We were shocked that we were actually going to be able to get a vehicle under $15,000 with the payment under $300 a month!!! The interest rate wasnt even terrible. Can expect to pay a slightly higher interest-rate if your credit is in bad rapport, but I honestly feel that good people shouldnt be punished. And at auto Masters we werent ! We got a 2008 Chrysler SUV type with acceptable mileage. They even showed us the Carfax and allowed us to bring our own personal mechanic to review the vehicle and he couldnt find a single thing wrong with it! This is one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had in my life and auto Masters is a gem! If you have less than perfect credit or even a credit score under 600 you can get financed at auto Masters and you dont have to take the bottom of the barrel vehicle and be punished for a temporary bad situation! We are so thankful for auto Masters!! They didnt drop us in a shark tank! They didnt lie to us! And they didnt make us feel bad. I highly recommend them!!!

Funny that this company would leave a commit probably after they had to have a meeting to come up with something to say in return to their HORRIBLE lack of service. Trust me if paper work was the issue after I stayed in that office after been told it would take 15 mins by Starr to do her under the table work which I stayed their for almost 5 hours with nothing going on but trying to offer me coffee and a pen. This company replied to say it was paper work so, if that was the case in a 5 hour time dont you think she should have ask the customer for anything that was needed if they were really was trying to help me get a vehicle in the first place. As I said before my representative (Zeb) did his job and I thank him for all of his help. Absolutely NOT!!! You all do not have to worry about getting a phone call from me,coming into your place of business which needs to be investigated on so many levels, or call yourselves lying to get my hard earned to make the company look good. I will not recommend anyone to this. No! The files where not in a secured area in the front by the receptionist she just pulled open the cabinet and looked through a couple of YELLOW folders and half way closed it back not to mention the filling cabinet in Starr office wouldnt close and she stated herself " Locksmith was suppose to come to put locks on cabinets due to security. Starr took files out of a folder of someone else just through it in the drawer and tried to give it to her friend with someone else name on it until he went to get a folder from the receptionist for a new customer. For you all not to be doing taxes make sure the company make sure finance dont make people think you all do just to get a car cause its a LIE and False Advertising! No you all can NOT GET MY MONEY NOR MY TIME!!!

Working with Dallas to find the right vehicle and test driving many of them,he was very informative and patient with good friendly personality. Not making anyones job easy with many questions Dallas stayed kind and accommodating! I really enjoyed working with him. Working with Tiffany threw the paper process went smoothly as well. I have to say that the owners Mr Jamal and son Jamal were and are very caring and making sure I had a good vehicle that fit me and my life style. In the process of asking a million questions and making sure everything went well and was good,they were very patient in making sure things got done and I didnt have to worry. Doubt checking any of my concerns takes patience and I was very lucky to have picked Auto Masters of Clarksville to buy a vehicle from. bought the car a year ago, from the very beginning it was nothing but trouble, broken wire harness, multiple electric problems, missing wheel well, a nasty knock and creaking noise, got the noises fixed then next the front struts and tie rods went right after, stopped driving the car a while, took it out a few more times then wouldnt you know the alternator and transmission go out. not only all these problems but I was a young kid when I bought it so they literally charged me 9x what the car was worth because I didnt know the difference. I cannot stress enough, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless you want to pay thousands for repairs and owe these crooks everything you make on a piece of garbage. please take the time to look else ware, and save yourself from their crooked managers and sales reps.

Zed and Everyone at auto masters of Clarksville went above and beyond for my wife and I . Everyone is very nice and helpful. Not is is their team great people they have high quality vehicles. When we where getting ready to leave the mechanic came and told us everything they had done to the vehicle and made sure if anything ever happen to the vehicle we knew how to get it taken care of. Everything they did for us was above 5 star and was the easiest and best car buying experience we have ever had . Their name says it all Auto Masters Thank you for the great service

We worked with David he was extremely helpful in getting us into a vehicle we were looking for with great mileage. Our vehicle we bought from another place transmission went out on it and left us with nothing. David went above and beyond to help us get into a vehicle so we were not left with nothing. I couldnt have asked for a better experience or staff. I would recommend this place in a heart beat. If its means anything I have never posted a review on any business. If you dont go here I would say you are missing out.
