My boyfriend and I found a 2007 Kia at Alpine Motors and gave them a $100 payment on a credit card in order for them to hold it until we found out if financing would go through or not. They told us that they would hold it until we told them not to. When financing couldnt go through, we called them asking for the deposit wed given them back and the owners response was "awhhh man, Ive been holding that for like THREE WEEKS! I cant give it back to you now". It had only been TWO weeks, and they have nothing in writing that says how long you have to decide and get deposits back. His son personally told us that they dont have a policy, but its his Dads decision since he owns the place. We still have the receipt that specifically has "refundable if financing doesnt go through" written on it, as well as the date. We called back a few days later to ask for the money back again, and the owner said he would give us HALF of the deposit back if we came in by the end of the day. We dont want HALF back! We want it back in full. We would not suggest doing business with this dealership at any cost. They might have good deals, but Lord knows what theyre actually selling you, and how much youll get cheated. They have no rules or policies written on paper, and they make decisions based off of what they want and how much money they can steal. We later went to International Subaru or Merrillville and bought our car there a week later. Its a great place, and they arent out just to get your money. If I could give Alpine Motors zero stars, I would, but there is no option for that.

This guy should sell more cars so he can buy a shirt that actually fits. Sent them a email request inquiring about a couple of jeeps they had on the lot. Never heard from them so I decided to drive up there to look at them. I could literally put my finger through the frame of one of the jeeps from the rust they tried to paint black and cover up. After crawling under two jeeps that had junk paint jobs with huge runs this MMA bedazzled groupie came outside to see if I needed anything. My advice to them is to dress for the part and dont try to talk to someone interested in buying something from you while going ham on a sandwich, turd! GRATEFUL for this experience so I didnt get sucked into any business with them.

****** DO NOT BUY FROM THEM***** We purchased a vehicle over the internet from them and sent them a cashiers check for the full amount. We were lucky enough to eventually get the vehicle from them although it was in much worse condition than they said and NEVER received the title! After many many calls we were told to stop calling. They had given us story after story and eventually said it was our problem! These are BAD PEOPLE!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!! ***UPDATE***** We have now found out that they never had title to the vehicle. They used a floor plan to buy the vehicle and NEVER paid them for the vehicle even after being paid in full from us. Do not buy from them! Beware!!!!!

i bought a car from here and the same night i drove it off the lot, the check engine light came on. the dealer didnt care at all. it turns out i now have to rip apart the engine to find the problem. not to mention the fact that the mileage on my car says 55k but i brought it in to get registered and they said that the mileage is actually well over 100k. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! they have lower prices but ive had nothing but problems, new radiator, batter, alternator, coils, spark plugs, injectors and more! i have just had the car for a year

Modern day chop shop!!!! I checked out a red 2005 Ford F-150 took it for a test drive and noticed the steering was a little loose. Looked under at the frame and they had cut out the entire rear crossmember of the front suspension. The guy had the audacity to say this truck was in perfect mechanical condition, I guess what was left of the truck was good for 90% of it. Never go here youll regret it!!!

Horrible Horrible Horrible As a female I went there to look at a used car, The salesmen treated me like i was stupid and tried to steer me into a vehicle that showed obvious damage. I find it amazing that in this day that greasy used car salesmen still even exist and it having a salesmen pressure me into a car is amazing

I got a Ford F250 from you guys it is a great truck Ive put about 12000 miles on it and it is doing fine I was a bit worried buying from u after seeing these reviews but i have to say I found no problems with this truck

I bought a GMC 2500 to plow snow with and its been a great truck! I highly recommend Alpine Motors! They located a plow for me and installed it. They have been great all around! I will buy from them again!
