I couldnt wait to give this review! I have a Chrysler 200 (so you know there is terrible history with this car in itself) However; prior to coming here and doing a little internet research I took my car to the dealer in Lansing. I was quoted a crazy amount for them to even look at my car so I knew I didnt want to have them do anything to it. So I saw all the great reviews about Richardson. My car stopped on my on the expressway. I called and I had a 9am appointment (which I was late because my car kept shutting off on me while driving smh). They were so understanding and just wanted me to get there safely. After I did I explained what was happening. They tried to recharge my new battery (with only 10 volts left) to no avail. He tried to find solutions that wouldnt put me out financially which I appreciated. But I was so sick of these issues with my car and explained that I had the battery replaced a few times already and if he didnt mind looking further. He did, and found out it was the alternator! The same alternator that was checked at other places and I was told it was fine - but actually WASNT! I was SO happy that they were patient with me and found and fixed the issue I had. Im happy to be back on the road and know that my children and I are safe when we drive. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs. They really are a very caring shop and you feel like they care for your safety and your wallet! I almost forgot - they even washed my car for me! I almost didnt recognize it because it was so super shiny! lol THANK YOU GUYS!

EDITED: "When I purchased my car this month they lost 2 customers for life. I was dealing with a man named Joe who was very friendly and helpful due to the fact that I was so far away. I test drove the car and found some minor issues wrong but it was stuff that they could fix easily seeing they have their own garage. I went home and needed to talk about pricing and then I met ED. I should have walked away right there after meeting him because of his bad attitude and rudeness. I sold my current car and I drove back up there and that is when things took a turn for the worse. The car was all of sudden on empty, the steering wheel buttons didnt work (they did 2 days earlier) and there were many more miles on the car. Joe knew I sold my car and had to take this one so he didnt care and told me to deal with it. Then he told me that I was pushing the buttons to hard (I have 2 of the cars that I was purchasing) and I needed to be easier. we signed and I was driving off because I was pushed out of the lobby and pushed into the car to leave. They were so caught up on taking my money they didnt even ask fro proof of insurance like most car places does. so now I have about 3k in repairs to do to the car and it all comes out of my end. Please do not buy from there." since this issue happened the owner called me and had it all fixed instantly. Of you have an issue speak to him. Made it all better!

All was well until I rode my motorcycle off of the lot. You know its not a good sign when they repeatedly tell you, "If you have a problem, we can service you here!" 2 days after having my used motorcycle, my front tire and brake rotor were completely soaked in fork oil. The front right fork was pouring out oil with every little movement in the suspension. I know for a fact that I did not hit any large pot holes or have any hard impacts on the front suspension to cause this problem. I am more than positive that they knew about this issue when selling me the bike. Now I have a great couple hundred dollar expense, less than a week after buying the bike. They also wrote, "No reports accidents" in the vehicle description. Its funny when something like this happens and all of the metal (pegs, shifter, and kick stand) on the left side of the bike its clearly run down from rubbing on cement, and the two front turn signals are different! All I have to say is make sure you inspect the small things if you are thinking about purchasing from them, and I, sadly, will not be back. Not to mention the fact that the listing said I would have an extra key, and that never happened... Very disappointed with this place. I would look elsewhere if I were you, there are plenty of other dealerships in the area.

I went there for the first time today. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me about the service I was having done. For him, I would give five stars. The customer service was horrible! When you walk up there are two chairs and a bench outside. I had my three year old with me and they never once mentioned anything about a waiting room. So, when it began raining we literally were sitting right inside on a step because I didnt know where else to go. A man comes up and finally tells me about a waiting room and where it was. I had went to ask the service guy a question and he is no where to be found for a long period of time too. As my car is done getting washed, a guy (who knew it was mine) just got in it and drove right past my daughter and I all the way to the other side of the building to park it in a parking spot. I had already paid, so why drive past us? When I got into my car, someone had been in my passenger side because they moved everything that I had on the floor onto my seat. It was not vacuumed so I am very unsure why they were touching and moving my stuff when you didnt even do anything. I would go back for the mechanic only as they are unprofessional with their customer service.

Everything about Richardson Suzuki (Sales & Service) felt honest and sincere from the moment my family stepped onto their lot in search of a new vehicle. We were immediately greeted by Joe (same name as me!) - just one of their many friendly representatives - who effortlessly guided us through the usually grueling process of finding a car that not only speaks to you, but also is a financially responsible selection. Not to mention we never once felt pressured into getting a vehicle just so that we didnt leave empty-handed. We were treated like people, not like dollar signs or easy sells. I am forever appreciative of that feeling, knowing they care about the people who deal business with them. Its been well over one year since we drove off that lot, and not once have we had cause for concern (or buyers remorse) with our vehicle. Getting tires changed, oil services, etc. have never been more hassle-free. If youre in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend you come check this establishment out asap!!

Will never try to deal with these people again! My dad was trying to find out how much a down payment on a car for me would be, if financed in his name. They had to keep hanging up and calling me back, three different times on top of asking for COMPLETELY unnecessary information such as his employer from over 6 years ago. It was a $5,000 and he makes $30 an hour, so it should have been no problem. After spending all this time, all of a sudden they started asking for my information. If it is going to be under my dads name, what do they need my information for? It was just extremely sketchy an they were very distasteful. If I could give them less than star, I would.
