I was interested in a vehicle a saw from their website, I called and made arrangements to see a salesperson. I met DeeDee... DeeDee showed me a Ford Fusion and said that is what I qualify for. At first, I told her I wasnt interested.. She said, are you serious??? Why? She seemed offended or something... In the end, on December 2. I signed papers for a Ford Fusion and tomorrow will make the fourth time its been serviced.- that is if I can make it there with this car They are mean and treat me like Im a problem. Its been to Alexander twice, first time was in December- they did not charge me. The second time due to the warranty- I paid 100 for another engine and alternator- it was in the shop for weeks.. A week later I went to the store and there was a pop along with stiff steering wheel, etc. The mechanic from drive now came with an attitude- said it was the belt when my son in law looked and positively said it was the tensioner... He cursed, etc. Asked me to help under the hold. I am on disability. That wasnt easy. It seemed to make him more agitated.. He made me feel so uncomfortable, I came inside crying. My daughter called the office- DeeDee was really rude to her.... A bit later, he called me- said to come outside, he fixed it... I asked him if he test drove it- he said, "no he did not have to its fixed"... He and another man drove off before I could get in my car.... It now sounds bad, the engine light is on, the steering wheel is now really loose and Im scared but Im going to have someone follow me to Alexander tomorrow... I think I am being charged for this too.....I dont know... Oh and the interior was rigged, my light switch came out during the time it was cold outside, it looks like poster putty, my door handle hangs... I have done nothing wrong with them. I pay every week. I owe over 12000 and they are taking my money- yet treating me like Im a horrible person.... DO NOT GO TO THEM! After the 10th time of the car breaking down in another town along with my boss having to come and pick me up on the side of the highway, I let the car go back... I spent over 3000. Im positive Drive Now of Dickson made a profit from me... I had been told by DeeDee about the 7th time that if I returned the car she would make sure it was on my credit report... After the 10th time and all the attempts I made to keep the car going, realizing how it was dangerous for everyone... I was sure this would all be understood. Id take the loss, now Im very depressed to discover she did what she said... This is now on my report as a voluntary repo. I really feel this is very cruel and unjust. I feel totally scammed... Keep the car and keep paying 440 a month while paying for repairs or possibly kill someone? That last time the car spun out of control before it totally locked up... Im very thankful noone was injured. Its not all about the money, its about peoples lives too. At least it is for me and it definitely shpuld be for a business that srlls vehicles with claims of quality vehicles. SCAM

This place is awesome! Hands down best experience I had. Reason being, I went to a couple different car lots to get a car. Because of my credit, I needed to go through this huge process. The other places also didnt listen to me. A friend referred me to Drive Now in Dickson. She told me she had spoke to Dan, and that he told her for me to just give them a call to see if it was even worth my time to drive there. I thought that was very time effective and appreciated it. When I called, Dan asked me some questions to see if I qualified. After doing the application over the phone, he said hed call me back in 15. He called me back in about 10, and let me know that I qualified and what I would need to bring with me. I didnt need a cosigner, and my credit didnt matter. It was based off of income, and employment history. So, I was excited, and headed on down to the dealership. Immediately after arriving, I walked in and Dan introduced himself. He also let me know that he already had a couple cars in mind that would work with my situation. He pointed me to a Hyundai Sonata, and said that he was going to go grab the keys. This was new for me considering the other places I had been to didnt even bother to show me a single car. Instead, they wasted hours of my time for nothing. Dan, and Drive now in Dickson were completely different. He handed me the keys, told me some cool features of the car, and said have at it. After I got back, he had a list of the other cars he had mentioned earlier, and proceeded to point them out. After test driving the other two, I was sold on the Hyundai Sonata. I told him I had made my decision, and we got started on the paperwork. All in all, it was a great experience, and I definitely recommend anyone that may have bad credit, someone that needs a cosigner, or if youre just having trouble with getting a car at any other dealerships to come check this place out. When you call, ask for Dan, and go from there. Thanks, Dan, and Drive Now! You guys rock!!!

Drive Now of Dickson has absolutely fantastic customer service. My car at the time was not running properly; they came and picked me up. When I bought the car from them, after a couple days, it started running funny also. I called the office and told them of the issues I was having. I made an appointment with Alexander of Dickson (who does all of their work), and went up there. Alexander needed more time than I had to look at the car. I drove to Drive Now and told them what I was told. Thye gave me a loaner vehicle, and took me down to drop off my car at the service department to get worked on. Since I just bought it last week (6/30/2016), they are covering the costs of repair, at no cost to me. Gary, Brittany, and Dan are wonderful people and will do what it takes to get you in a good vehicle. They listened and answered any and all of my questions. I could not be happier with the amount of care and pride they take into caring for their customers. If you are thinking of buying a car from this dealership, it is definitely worth it to get the gap insurance, as well as the extended warranty. I will be going back when we decide to buy another car. Thank you, Drive Now of Dickson!

Do not go to drive now! The two-year warranty is nothing but a scam! They will sell you a car with a minor problem with the acknowledgment that you will bring it back to them to be fixed after your warrantee kicks in. The problem is every time you bring it in to have it fixed they tack on $100 deductible to the end of your payment and they tear up something else of that you have to keep paying the hundred dollars every time you bring it back. The mechanic has no idea what hes doing he tried to fix my car and did not fix anything just tore up other stuff! Then they sent me to Alexander to have my traction light and ABS light reset because they toured up and then Alexander messed up the rear end of my car Emma radio that name at work anymore! And both Carlotts refuse to fix it! Buyer beware
