Uimpressed fully, I looked at a VW Passat that was described to me as "in great shape" with a "clean interior" and zero damage to the exterior body. After driving 90 miles to get there I was upset to see this vehicle had severe damage to the A pillar (with rust meaning existing damage) and inquired as to why it had the damage and i wasnt told about it when I called. The response I recieved was " a customer took it on a test drive, it wasnt like that earlier" then the owner came out and acted suprised (shocker) and said he didnt buy it like that. Long story short I wasted my time and effort driving to this dealer. Found a vehicle that was priced 1k more with zero damage but somehow I wasnt approved for the loan without 3k down. . . No worries i found a vehicle that was 3 years newer with 20k less miles and for less at a reputable chevrolet dealer in clarksville for less than 1k down. Big shocker huh. Buyer Beware. they prey on the credit challanged

I did a national search for my car and found the vehicle at Clarksville Auto. I live 1200 miles away in Denver. I filled out the request info and within 20 minutes Troy Martoccia called me. He is personable and passionate. I can tell he loves cars and helping customers. He immediately got me videos of the car, pictures. Through a few days he got me all the info I requested he really made me feel comfortable with buying so far away. He won me over saying he wants to earn me as a customer and hopefully get referrals. The car was shipped on a truck and delivered to me over 2 and half days after we did paperwork. This was such a positive experience!!!!!

I saw the truck online which was fairly priced. I sent an email inquiring on availability. I received an email back and a call. We went exchange texts to set up driving the truck. Once I got there the sales service was outstanding. A+. I dealt with Ephraim, and he was great. He was very knowledgeable regarding the product and answered all questions. No excessive haggling and the deal was done! I definitely recommend Clarksville Auto Sales and would certainly do business with them again.

I CAME IN LAST WEEK TO SEE THE SALES MANAGER THAT WAS THERE LAST TIME I WAS THERE HE WAS AMAZING AND TREATED ME SO WELL AND WHEN ARRIVED WAS TOLD HE NO LONGER WORKS THERE . THIS PLACE HAS FALLEN APART THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BUT I EMAILED THE OLD MANAGER AND HOPE HE REPLIES TO ME BUT THIS PLACE HAS GONE FROM HERO TO ZERO IN TWO MONTHS. I arrived within 15 minutes of closing, was told no problem, and they would stay as long as it took to conduct our business. I found the salesman as knowledgeable, I found the product was reduced as the actual sign left in the vehicle was much higher, and got all paperwork done in a very professional manner. I was amazed and pleased at how smooth everything went.

The staff is friendly and down to earth. They worked with me to get me into the type vehicle I wanted. They didnt try to put into just anything. They really listened to me about my personal needs in a vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone whos in need and tired of salespeople just trying to make a sale. Absolutely rude people! I came in with my family and we were treated so poorly, we decided not to continue to look at the horrible display of vehicles they had on their lot. We left within moments of being harassed by their sales person. Dont bother wasting time on such a poor establishment. They sell over priced garbage. Save your time and money!
