Cant speak on the dealership but the service department has become a joke. I used to come here for service frequently before moving to Indiana. I bought tires from them 3 years ago and was promised that they would honor free lifetime tire rotation. Decided to bring my car in and was told by the current manager that they cant honor it because it was from a previous manager and its not in writing. I even provided service receipts showing a free tire rotation I received from them. I understand that this was not promised by current management but dont just give a passive "its not our fault so we cant help you" attitude about it. You work for the same company. Im not there to receive anything free, but at least do what you can to uphold customer satisfaction. Definitely wont be returning if thats how you guys are running things now. Received great service from Webb hyundai in highland and thats where Ill continue to go from now on. UPDATE: Excuse me sir, but is this the same manager that looked me in the eyes and told me that he wasnt there 4 years ago when this was promised to me and that this was done under the previous manager before you? You told me he probably just threw it in there for me. So if you WERE the manager when this happened, how could you allow a promise of a free lifetime rotation since you say you have NEVER given them? Promising a customer something just to get business and not honoring it because they return 4 years later is what is NOT FAIR and UNETHICAL. Free lifetime means free lifetime. No need to reprint anything for me sir because Ive provided it for you...AGAIN, as I did during my service visit and as you can see the tire rotation was FREE not $10.00. Yes, that was my last visit because I moved to Indiana, but I guess the $3,109.98 Ive spent since November 09 up to that date doesnt matter. But dont worry sir, that was my last and final visit since you are not in the business of customer retention or satisfaction.

I was extremely upset leaving this dealer ship. The staff the management is extremely sneaky and unprofessional. I only entered the dealership because I was contacted by a SPECIFIC leader with the option to refi my loan on my current vehicle. I told the sale man, David, and his manager Ryan Clemons directly why I was there and that I did not want my credit ran. I was not interested in a new car. I was interested in simply seeing if I qualified for the refi from one specific leader. I was required to provide my id and social for the ONE leader in which i was interested in refinancing my vehicle with. Though this was made clear I was still encouraged to view different cars and etc. I agreed to view a new car. I expressed that I was simply VIEWING the car. I expressed numerous times as clear as day that I was not interested in running my credit to multiple leaders. I was already aware that my credit was not the best at all and was not at all interested in impacting my score in ANY WAY. Still my credit was ran with out my consent. Upon me expressing my frustration in the fact that my credit was ran without my consent I was then told that it was only sent to 3 leaders, in an attempt to convince me that it " wasnt that bad". I woke up the next day to credit alerts for credit inquires from 12 different leaders. I went back into the dealership the following business day. I was told by Manager Ryan Clemons that my credit was ran because I " liked " the car so they were trying to get me the best rate. This was a sneaky underhanded attempt at a car sale which has left my credit score compromised. The management has simply encouraged me to dispute the changes with transunion and go about my day, theres nothing that they can do to help. Bad Business.

I would give Napleton a 5 star review because, my experience upon purchasing my car was wonderful. Tori and Issca was very pleasant and happy to work with however, I didnt have my car 5 days before the key got stuck in the ignition. I thought taking it in to the service department would handle the situation however, once fixed. It happen again, yes the key got stuck in the ignition again. I was told that the shifter was the issue and was replaced however, it happen again. Yes, a 3rd time. Now Im pissed I want a new car this is ridiculous... oh did I mention my car had to be left overnight with the key it in. So, now Im dealing with a man Art who has a mouth piece him. Great person and talker too, he convenience me to take another try to get it fix. How about, I go in today and the shifter is broken. Terrible, terrible, terrible... Now, the piece will be in tomorrow but, Im being told that the individual to fix my car will not return until Tuesday. What type of service is this/that there should be someone other than him to fix the issue. I should be a top priority due to the circumstances. Now, that I think about it. I take the 3 back and give them a 1. By the way, I forgot to mention I purchased the car on my birthday May 1st and its just May 19 way to go Napleton!

I stopped by on Saturday January 14th 2017 to see a conversion van that was sitting out front....After parking my SUV I was greeted by an older white man sitting outside smoking. He proceeds to get the keys so that we can look at the van...I ask the price and he gives ne the run around two or three times...he insists on running my credit...after running my credit he tells me its not that good....I could have saved him that time if he would have asked first....so he asks if I could get a cosigner...I replied yes my wife....I tell him that her score is average(640-670). This fool comes back with a credit report for my wife and tells me she doesnt have a credit score that I am using some fake credit site. I told him no sir I pay to have my credit monitored on a very creditable site...he then says I dont know what to tell you. I then shake his hand and tell him thank you....he walks off as fast as possible...I then call him twice before he turns around and ask him the price of the vehicle...he finally says 11991 and turns away.....I didnt get his name but I will be back to talk to someone about him soon...

I would like to thank George Lord Obas for making my experience with Napleton River Oaks Hyundai a very pleasurable one. Mr. Obas followed up with me before and after the close of my deal and was concerned Lord Obas did an excellent job from beginning to end. I will definitely that I was satisfied with my deal. Outside of my experience with the service department in having my vehicle ready prior to the close of my deal which was out of Mr. Obas hands my experience was good.
