What did I like about it absouletly nothing take my advice Dont go here,there shady like the car prices seem good but we went out of town to get a car wen the temporary plate expired they had us drive back jus to pick up the plates there really ass holes they sent us off the lot with the car only to call back a month later an say the financing was denied if I t was denied a month later it shouldnt have been temporarily approved the day we left the lot all they care about is thee money jus stay away from these people take 2 stars because I got a deal but there customer curtosey is all wrong they need a new team the secretary should be the car salesman about the only good thing about the place plain an simple Dont expect to much out of these people

very rude sales team . I came in and looked at some cars with Nick who was nice but then this African chick came up and I told her my physical i lost from out of state but I did try to show her my license was valid and I ordered a new one and even had a copy but she was so rude and nasty I just left . rather than speak to the owner directly she decided to run off a customer looking to buy 5 cars , thanks to Drive Time for facilitating my purchase needs I didnt waste money or time at this crappy low budget place. waste of time

The salesman was friendly and courteous tying to relate on a racial level (like all black people know about basketball). I would strongly advise any female looking for a vehicle to take a mechanic with her. I was stupid enough to purchase a vehicle on the word of a salesman looking to make a commission, not loyal customers. Feedback from dealer was “You gambled” it’s your loss. Next!

Id definitely recommend this place if you want to drive off the lot--same day. Ive been riding past the Chicago Auto Exchange for a couple years now. And this dealership definitely puts its best foot forward when it comes to drawing in customers. With that being said, I was pleased with the great selection of quality vehicles. And even more impressed with the low prices.

worst auto dealer Ive ever been to thru my entire life, they increase 1K of the price if your doing financing, and super unprofessional sales team which they only have one rep, never knew you cant test drive the car until you sign the paper work, ohh and were in 2016 which dealer dont provide the auto check or car-fax
