They Dont Need to be in business!!! They are Thieves and Scammers, They didnt honor their sticker price, bank would not finance no more than the car was worth on the carfax which I brought at the time of purchase, owner claims he was losing money I reluctantly agreed to put down more,Not to mention they claim their vehicles are certified however I discovered my vehicle had No functioning horn, engine coils were bad so car kept cutting off. Car was full insured when I walked off the lot 4 days after my purchase i was in a car accident the car was totaled out however the insurance company agreed to pay for the repairs if i found a collision repair place to beat there quote, and I did. however this dealership kept going back and fourth with the bank and refused to change the contract to match the stick price so they call my insurance company and told them they transferred the title of the car in there name and kept my Down payment, and refused to speak with me after several attempts to reach them. I will be taking legal matters Their owner openly admitted to me they always take peoples money.

Got a car from there 6 months ago and since then my car has been n the shop 8 time 2nd day of owning the car breaks went out they fixed it a month later the transmission wen out they couldnt help so I had to pay for it and they wouldnt take the car back next month the fuel pump went out. I paid for that!! Now it wont start and there auto shop says they cant find the problem.I called to talk with the manager to see if I could trade it in get help anything was advised to not bring it back just let the repo come get it is what he told me. Not only was this my 1st car I was told upon signing the only way they would give me a car loan since I had no credit was to lie to the finance company and say I put down more than I did being young n dumb I listened also lying to The finance company stating that I had the car in my possession when they actually still had the car because the brakes went out i feel like I was scammed and taken advantage of and will be speaking with an auto fraud lawyer tomorrow. Do not buy from them!!

Saw a truck I wanted. Financing was easy. According to kelly blue book I paid a fair price. Got warranty that the owner would not honor. Cory, the sales person spoke to their mechanic and the owner to get them to honor it and even came out of his pocket for the cost. Cory was available whenever I needed him but fell through on a couple things. Mind you this is after I had went to the referred shop three times for the car not starting. still awaiting for a delayed repair to b done for a missing part but no call as of yet. Overall, shop where u want but find a mechanic that will look at it independently. But I probably wont shop there again.the sales people know nothing about the cars they sell, not the condition cosmetically or mechanically. Good luck and cheers

Was trying to finance a car so called car was not even at the lot and sales guy kept leading me on as to say everything is good...came that Friday with money ready to tet drive get things rolling first off car was not there! Then guy sent me to different sales person without telling me it was a whole other dealership outside of Franks! Wasted my whole day but my mom spotted something fishy head on once the car was not there and we have been talking back and forth for a week and some days. Save the headache go to a real dealership went back to Mitsubishi in Matteson where I got my first car where I should have went in first place. Should have took advice from reviews but I dont like to judge by others experiences but guess I should have!
