Our Mission: To buy an affordable commuter vehicle that was AWD capable for driving anywhere in the country during all seasons and conditions. The competition: Jeep Renegade, Ford Escape Results: After days of searching, test driving, and going over the specifications of several different vehicles and configurations, we had actually decided to go buy a Soul and simply equip it with a set of snow tires that would allow for driving in virtually any conditions during the winter. We had accepted that finding an AWD / 4x4 vehicle of this type would be nearly impossible since here in the South people love their bigger 4x4s so much (admittedly, for good reasons). We test drove the Soul ! (exclaim) and it was comfortable enough, but I wanted to look around the lot one more time. Then I found the one and only AWD Sportage in this region, and it was even the more basic model without all the bells and whistles. We test drove it, and for nearly the same money as the higher end Souls, the decision was clear. Steve, our sales representative, was overwhelmingly professional and without any pressure at all allowed us to work through our decision process on our own. In the short span of only 2 hours from arriving on the lot, I was driving away in my new 2016 Sportage LX AWD. As for the Sportage, it serves the purpose I need it for flawlessly. I work on medical equipment and carry around a specialized and highly calibrated set of tools and test equipment. I also must have the ability to get to work during all seasons of the year, especially winter and spring when snow, ice, and mud are all factors to contend with. While the Kia Sportage isnt the highest rated or best equipped vehicle in its class, it does several things perfectly: Interior and Exterior styling are dynamic, and every single control within reach of the driver is intelligently placed, creating a very easy and safe car to operate. Body positioning as it relates to every aspect of driver operations was definitely considered in the design process. As far as driving capabilities, the AWD system is NOT designed for the hardcore off road enthusiast, however, it delivers a very safe and effective driving experience. I previously owned a 2014 Sorento AWD and took it into the back woods of Tennessee during very nasty and icy conditions. It made the drive almost effortless, and I am confident the Sportages AWD system will do the same (ask me later once the winter is over to be sure). I would highly recommend both this vehicle and the sales team at Wyatt Johnson Kia for anyone considering a new vehicle purchase. Special thanks to Steve (sales), Tony (sales management), and Gina (finance), for really coming together as a team to make this an easy, professional, and very positive process.

Wyatt Johnson GMC is the best dealership I have bought from to date A+++, I have dealt with all areas of the dealership and the service is top notch. Everyone you meet is very nice and professional. My service agent Crystal was very helpful and helped me with all the issues in a prompt manner, I thought it was great to have one agent assigned to me so you didnt have to keep repeating things. Jim Riggins with the courtesy car depart was very nice as well, he even took an interest in my issues and offered to help with trying to get me another vehicle after I started having issues with a recent purchase from another dealer. Then I met Charles Goodrich, we talked a bit and he took me out in a vehicle that I was interested in and didnt pressure me to buy at all. He showed me all the features and answered all my questions and kept everything very relaxing. Charles is a great sales agent, he understood my situation and even took time on his days off to talk and get things done. Even the floor manager James Conley worked with me, he got me a great rate and good deal for my trade in even after coming back a few times till I was finally able to complete the deal. I just cant say enough about how friendly and pleasant this dealership, in my short time there you could see all the return customers coming saying hello to people they have dealings with. I will be going back next spring and getting my wife a vehicle for sure, great experience. I know this is their job but you can tell when people are going above and beyond the rest to may you happy, I have dealt with other dealerships and these guys/gals set the bar high.

We bought a new 2016 GMC Canyon... The finance department went through GMC Financial and we signed all the paperwork and left the lot... then GMC kept calling to verify our information which we provided on multiple occasions.. the sales department let us leave the dealership without a fully funded vehicle... Then the truck we traded in was never paid off resulting in a charge to my account for a vehicle that they had for nearly a month.. we had to go resign paperwork... So for our "troubles" they gave us a gift card... Then another week goes by they finally went to the bank to pay off the traded in truck... They was 20.14 short so I had to pay for it out of pocket... They said they would issue me a check for tj difference and I never received it. Then they called and said they went through a local bank instead of the GMC... So we got a 500 dollar rebate.. by this time we was expecting our first truck payment.. then we get a text from the finance person stating she took the rebate and wrote off the difference for our loan for the trouble...Which they didnt have permission to do!! The whole process was unprofessional, the untrained staff needs to learn there job and get I correct! Stay away from this place not only will your loan be wrong, they wont even call you until its too late and you notice it! And you might have a truck not even funded so they will repo it.. I even asked about my money I spend on a truck they traded for and they responded with ask your bank... They never called for a payoff!

So I bought my car here awhile back. The salesmen were helpful and nice. However, I was there for hours the day I was trying to buy my car! After I had bought my car I was having issues with the rear defroster and my transmission. I had a previous car that had some issues with the transmission and I told the sevice dept what I was experiencing and I was pretty sure it had to deal with the transmission. I understand that they have to run tests to make sure, but they did not have to be rude and act like I didnt have any idea as to what I was talking about. Just because I am a female does not mean I dont know anything about vehicles. I also needed paperwork printed out and I called them several times. I was told I would be called back later in the day. I waited until they were almost closed and called back. And when they finally were able to talk to me, they responded with "I was just about to call you." Obviously not. I finally went to the dealership and asked for the paperwork. And all they said was they had been busy. Well so have I. I actually have a job too. Surprise! The finance dept also did not explain to me what half of my charges were. It was my fault I didnt look at the fine lines until the next day, but I thought before I signed we would talk about it. Well I sure talked to them after I saw that. In closing, I would not recommend this place for anyone wanting to buy a vehicle. Hope this helps.
