Worst experiance of car buying and dealing with a dealership of our life.We had been saving and saving and thought we were buying a good vehicle only to be let down.The Service Department treated us very poorly and we had to not only put $6,000 dollars down,we had to get another loan to pay nearly $6,000 dollars to replace engine after only 27 days. The service dept. are very dishonest and I cant believe how they treated our family.Tad in service was very dishonest as well as Sasha in service dept. We were stranded on the side of THE side of the interstate,bags and all with my pregnant wife and a toddler halfway across Tennessee. Now my wife and I have to start completely over saving for a home for our 2 baby girls due to them selling us this car that had so many issues. This has been a nightmare for our family.And to top it off when they put the engine in they made it to where all my belts and pulleys make very loud squeaky noises.No integrity there at all in our opinion.
