You get what you pay for, product AND service. Went in the store to purchase a bedroom set, sales person Brian was very nice and helpful. Got a call to schedule a delivery date and time, she offered the following Monday 10-2. I said its fine but asked is there any way they can do my delivery first because I had a 1:00 doctor appointment that they squeezed me in so I couldnt miss it and it was very improtant to me. She said it would be fine and shed add the note for the delivery drivers. I get a call at 11:00 saying they will be there in 15 minutes. Then I get a call 20 minutes later saying theyre about 5 minutes away. Then I get a call right back saying they wont be there for another 45 minutes. Now it was cutting it close but I could make it work. They didnt actually show up for over an hour. Before they even unloaded I asked how long it would take, they said 20-30 minutes tops. Took 1 hour. Needless to say at that point I was pissed because I missed my appointment and could have to wait another 9 months to get another appointment. I called and spoke to the "delivery manager", I believe his name was Jose. I explained the situation which took about a minute but he kept cutting me off and even sighed at one point. He said hed talk to the woman who scheduled with me to see what she said she told me and hed call me back later that day. Didnt hear back for two days and had to call him, then wait another day for a call back. He was impatient and rude and said the woman never said that, accusing me of lying. I said Id like my delivery fee back and he offered a 10% refund on the delivery price. Such a joke!!! Will NEVER purchase from here again. I dont even think they put the bed together correctly because it looks like its falling apart!! Just awful!

Ill start with the good: The first associate who helped us get the furniture was great. We went in February, he was respectful, kind and very helpful. The problems arose when we left. One: we didnt get our furniture on time because they ordered the wrong bed frame size, so they called to tell us we had to wait an additional 3 weeks. We called the week after to ask if we could at least get our dresser and night stand, which they assisted. The delivery men were great according to my fiancé and very professional. However, we were told that we would have to wait three more weeks just for the king size bed frame. So here we are end of March and guess what? No bed frame. Instead we have to call and check the status just to find out our bed frame is "back ordered" and we wont get it until May... May! Meanwhile Im paying for something I dont even have, since February! What makes this worse is that we had to call to find out because no one notified us. I am very disappointed because our initial expierence when we set the order up was great as far as customer service, but I dont know what happened after that because it went downhill from there.

Stopped over on a whim on our way to Ikea to buy a couch. Ended up finding a great couch here, more comfortable than the Ikea selections. We were helped by a friendly and patient staff, and we very happy with our new couch. It has much more of a "real" feel to it than Ikea couches, for roughly the same price.

My wife and I also stopped by after a disappointing trip to Ikea, looking for a sofa. We found a great sofa set right in our price range. Unlike many "furniture stores" that are really just showrooms, these guys have their stock right at the store so you can actually pick it up yourself.

The guy who answered the phone who claimed to be the owner was very rude to me when I called to follow up on my furniture delivery. The guy who helped me in the store was very nice however. Owner should have that guy answer the phone when following up on furniture.

This might be a good place to shop but they need to put prices on their items, even approximate prices would be helpful. When I go shopping I like to have an idea how much I might spend.
