The most unethical businessman you can ever meet. The owner Neal is a compulsive liar. We ordered for a mattress and a living room set. It was supposed to be delivered in a week. But there was no signs of the delivery. He wouldnt pick up the call. After 2 days, he told me that living room set was not yet shipped from the distributor in New York and it would take 2 months. He told I can come back and choose another set if I wish to. I called him up and told him to deliver the mattress and cancel the living room set. He said it will be done the next day. The next day, he never responded to my call again. I called him 40 times. I left him 10 voicemails. One day after that he comes up with another lie. The vehicle which was supposed to deliver met with an accident and he is still trying to figure out where the mattress is. I believed again. But then I noticed that, he had all the time in the world to upload ads in craigslist and on his facebook fan page, but couldnt respond to me? I mailed him asking for complete refund. No response. I called up my credit card company and they got my money back. My recommendation is, DONT EVER visit this place and buy anything. In case you still choose to go, make sure you get the stuff with your own uhaul. Also, never pay by cash, you never know whether you will get your stuff or not. If you have faced this problem, you can file a lawsuit against this owner under Consumer Protection Law 93A in Massachusetts. According to the law, you are eligible to get triple damages + lawyer fees.

I went to their warehouse sale and found a mattress set that was JUST what I was looking for, at a great price. I paid for the set in full and scheduled delivery for a week or so after. Day before delivery, I hadnt heard from them to confirm delivery time (like they said they would) so I called and emailed, and got an email reply confirming 6-8pm delivery the following day, with a call an hour ahead. On the day of delivery, not a single call or email, and the delivery never came. I have left about a dozen voicemails and emails and havent gotten a single response. I have nowhere to sleep in my new apartment and hundreds of dollars spent with nothing to show for it. I dont recommend this place unless you can pick up your item yourself, on the spot.

My favorite part about NE Furniture Direct is its fake reviews about how awesome they are and how you save so much money and definitely worth "checking them out". Then you check them out and find a great deal on furniture and you are told youll get your furniture in a week and you think, "Wow, this place really is amazing." THEN, your furniture never comes, they never answer your calls or emails, you realize that you have been ripped off and all you want to do is get your money back. This place might be the worst business I have even used.

When I saw the ad I did not believe it. Figured it was going to be a bunch of crap or way more expensive than advertised. Shocked and thrilled at the quality and selection. Prices were unbelievable. Making an appointment was easy and well worth it. You have to check this place out- Northeast Furniture Direct Stoughton MA. Everyone I have sent has been satisfied. Bedrooms, dining rooms, living rooms all at a great price.

Northeast Furniture Direct is fantastic. Prices ar low and furniture quality is high. I bought a leather living room set with recliners. Thye didnt have it in stock at the time so I waited about 2 weeks for it to arrive. Still alot quicker than anyone elses delivery time 6-8 weeks at most places. Anyway came in, great condition, and couldnt be happier. I strongly recommend checking them out.

My friend expected her bed on Tuesday night, after she just moved into her new place, and come Thursday morning, it hasnt been delivered! Worse, there has been no communication on their part and no recompense for her sleeping on the floor! What worthless service! Had it been me, I would be getting a free bed and some serious apologies. Ill never recommend this company.

Went to about 10 stores looking for a reasonably priced queen mattress set. Everything I found was junk unless it cost $500 or more. Then came Northeast Furniture Direct. They have about 10 sets under $500, and they are all great quality for the price. Took me about 5 minutes and the sale was done. Check them out, the fastest, cheapest, easiest way to find a mattress set.

Love this place! Needed a bunch of mattresses for my vacation home on the cape. I went to Northeast Furniture expecting to spend several thousand dollars based on my experiences in other stores. When I left I had saved about $1500, got better than expected quality for the price and could not be happier. I strongly recommend checking out there selection.

Just finished college and was finding a hard time getting a mattress set for $500. Call this place in stoughton and he said he had at least 15 sets under $500. Naturally I didnt believe him, but I went anyway. Turns out he had them and I got a sweet pillowtop queen set for $295.You cant beat it. If your low on funds, this is a great place to check out.

I didnt believe him at first but he is telling the truth.The mattresses are brand new sealy posturepedic with the factory warranty. They have the Preferred for half price. I couldnt believe it. You can get a great deal here and they also have solid wood bedroom furniture for the same deals. They do deliveries so you dont have to bring a truck. Pat B.

This is the best place to go for furniture and mattresses. Good quality stuff, low prices, great customer service. I bought a mattress set this past weekend, was delivered yesterday, and I had the best night sleep of my life last night. Definitely worth checking out.

This place could be successful if they didnt have the worst customer service sales guy ive ever seen. Guy is a joke, just mumbles prices off furniture that he knows no clue about. Please dont waste your time here. I think half the furniture here is stollen as well.
