I visited this store recently while shopping to refurnish an entire multi purpose living space. While the service was satisfactory the day I visited I followed up with the salesperson as promised with 3 e-mails including my floor plan and never received a response back. I also attempted to phone the salesperson and an automated phone system voice mail box was full and did not allow me to leave a message. This was during open business hours. I was very dissatisfied and will not shop here in the future of recommend it to anyone. Im not surprised to have recently seen their furniture offered on One Kings Lane at deep discounts.

Very high prices but low to medium quality. Styles are boring. Mostly targeted toward old people who try to be a little more contemporary. Suburban. Not city chic, unlike other modern furniture stores.
