I purchased a platform bed, it took 3 weeks to receive it. The bed broke after 3 months, the entire center support collapsed ( i only weigh 145) they told me its because i have hard wood floors, and i need to purchase a rug to stop the bed from sliding when i sit on it. then reccomended to buy new support slats for the bed, then reccomended to buy a box spring for a platform bed, THEN TOLD ME TO GO TO HOME DEPOT AND BUY WOOD TO SUPPORT THE MATTRESS! I was furious!! When they finally gave in and ordered the new parts, the parts were all wrong!! i was then told i have to wait another three weeks for two legs for my bed! i spent $500 dollars for a bed that didnt even last 4 months! on top of dealing with the worst customer service ever! I am still waiting for the parts and even though the parts they ordered were all wrong he told me to wait another three weeks just for the legs on my bed. There is no real management there,the assistant manager was RUDE! The "warehouse manager" was RUDE!!! They do not care about the customers AT ALL! the place is a total rip off. I will never purchase from them again. I want to return the bed but unfortunetly they dont give me the option to do so. AWFUL!!!!!

This store is a tease from the customer service skills. Starting with the manager, Mohamed, an individual with 0 customer skills, liar, incompetent. If you want to have a nightmare in your life go to this store. I ordered a bedrron set and a sectional sleeping sofa since december 09. In the middle of February I received my delivery....but only half of my sectional sofa. I called the store manager to know what was going on...and he said that the other half was damaged so they returned to the manufacture and in a week I would have my complete order. But no apologies from him, that he didnt let me know before the delivery. One month has passed and no phone calls fom him. After several phone calls and runs to the store I realized that I wasnt getting my order. At the end of Mardh I went to the store and changed my order, to a regular sectional sofa and I was owed a ck of $200. I am wating for a month now and no ck is coming and when I called the amin office, no order of refund was submmitted from the store manager...what a waste of the money , time and energy...I would never put my foot at the store and would tell all the people that I come across...what an awful place is.

I was interested in buying a "QUEEN SIZE" bed frame from this store... I did my research & decided on one. I went to the store at least 2 times to be sure & asked the associates questions. One associate assured me the bed frame was an adjustable full-queen. 1st issue I explained to the associate that I would have to pick up the bed at the warehouse since I work weekdays & wouldn't be able to pick it up. Come that Saturday when I said I would pick it up, they gave me a hard time because the associate stated I wanted it delivered! 2. Issue I get home & put it all together, my "QUEEN SIZE" box spring was too big... How could this be since its a queen size bed frame? I took the measurements to find out the bed frame is an adjustable twin/full... Now I'm stuck buying a new mattress & box spring set.
I'd love to contact them about it but I'm 100% sure they're response will be something to the exact of there's nothing they can do about it.
This store should learn more about their products, reliability, & needs total improvement with customer service.

Logan Furniture in Dorchester, MA is THE WORST! My husband and I spent well over $2,400 upfront, including delivery on several furniture items. When the delivery truck came, they only had half of the furniture. We had to initiate a call to the store to find out where everything else was... and we were told that it was on back order which nobody had told us at the time of purchase. We had to call 10-12 more times over the next 4 months to check on that status of the rest of our furniture, which, mind you, we had already paid for! Then, when the rest of the furniture finally came in, they tried to make us pay another delivery fee! When we refused, they told us they would not give us the furniture. Unbelievable! They front desk associate and manager are extremely rude and running a shady business. Im sharing this because I want everyone to know that this place is THE WORST. If you know whats best - STAY AWAY!!!

John from the dorchester store was the rudest most disrespectful person ever in customer service. He repeatedly switched up his story on how the delivery truck broke down during the window of expected time. Im like wow after I taken the day off. So no not a delivery the next day I have to wait another whole week. And the rude part he told me to take it or leave it just like that. He would not give me a corporate number. He told me that theres no one above him. I had to call a different location to get the customer service number and email. He is so rude but so nice when he take your money.. Do not waste your time. No matter how good the deal is you will pay for it....believe me..If there was a such thing as NO stars i wouldve clicked it

Delivery sucks!!!.........told us delivery got delayed because of holiday at first. Then, only one third was delivered in the morning of delivery day. Talked to the manager; he said the rest would be delivered in the afternoon....wasnt delivered. Waited for 4 weeks at last when the furniture were supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks or less.

How many times can a delivery truck break down in a week? Store does not hold up to delivery promises and I believe that the store manager is a chronic liar. True to sales form, very accommodating util they have your money. Too bad I didnt read reviews before making purchase.
