My boyfriend and I are extremely satisfied with our experience here. Since our first visit, weve purchase every piece of furniture we need from there. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that some of the assembly is more extensive than it seems in the store, but if you want everything assembled for you then expect to pay 3x as much. The quality is great. Nothing looks or feels cheap, but the price is better than anywhere else weve found. So far, weve purchased a kitchen table and chairs, coffee and end tables, two bedside tables, 2 table lamps, a bookcase and a rug, and well be going back for more lamps and a TV stand. The wood is all solid and looks really nice. I dont think its possible to find this level of quality for less money. The customer service is even better than their quality. When we first walked in, we were greeted by a salesman who we have asked for every time since. He is very honest and upfront with you about the furniture, and does his best to find what youre looking for. One day we went in when he wasnt there, and the woman we talked to instead was just as helpful as he was. When we were looking at bookcases, the size we wanted was out of stock and would take about 2 weeks to order. He told us that if we wanted one sooner, that we could get a cheaper make and price at Target. We bought one at Target, but ended up returning it and buying one at Adams anyway because it was so much better. I really appreciate the honesty, even though he didnt think it was helping him make a sale. The warehouse workers are also really polite and helpful. If the box is too big for your car, they will help you take the inner boxes out so it will fit. Every person weve encountered who works there was a true professional. I generally try to take 1 and 5 star ratings with a grain of salt, because people tend to exaggerate. However, we havent had any negative experiences with the merchandise or the people, and theyve definitely gained loyal customers as long as were in the area. Im not sure what problems they might have had a few years ago like some of the earlier reviews mention, but they dont seem to have them now, and I would highly recommend this store for any furnishing needs.

STAY AWAY from this place!!! They are thieves, the owner doesnt care if you are a loyal customer or not greed has taken over him. He will do anything in his power to rip you off and no matter what they say DO NOT trust them. They are so shady that it makes you uncomfortable to buy anything. sales people are commison hungry, they will keep nagging you even if you tell them you dont need assistance. They will try to make you feel like they gave you the best deal but in the end they will deceive you. Customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Once you put in your order they feel like they own you and treat you however they want. All the furniture I bought from them didnt last a year they all fell apart. Make sure to double check your receipt for unecessary charges when youre done and keep an eye on their delivery charges. The sales person will lie to you about the fee and once they put in the order they automatically charge a higher fee, always ask them your total before you put any money down, because once you hand them your money youre done, cant even fix a mistake without putting you through hell. They have no respect for their customers, I will never go back to them. There are way better places you can find with better prices and quality! This place is not worth it.

Queria una Mesa y la unica que tenian no me la quisieron vender wtf, y me dicen que esperara en 10 dias hasta que tubieran mas de la misma para podermela vender, tambien pedi Un catalago y me digieron que despues de Columbus day podia ver el catalog que tiene :/ jajjajaj esta gente esta pasa, por eso no cambio my Jordan furniture ellos no fallan.

HORRIBLE!! I made an order on Jan 10th for a night stand that i still havent received. After about 20 days of placing the order i called in to see where it was and one of the customer service rep told me that they sold my night stand! and she told me she was going to place another order. After about a month i called again and they told me that they had never put in a second order but that they would put an order in and it should come in about 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and i called again. they told me that the shipment was delayed and now by pick up date is March 10th! I will NEVER go back to this store. Horrible customer service as well.

I bought a sectional two years ago, and rarely used then since my wife and I got two jobs. The sectional now is peeling off everywhere making a mess on the floor and getting the clothes dirty when is used. I do not recommend this place because quality is not good, have other furniture from Bobs and still looks like new.

I love my new living room and bedroom set. I was set on on the style I wanted, but my vision was choppy. Rosa the sales associate help me put it all together. Im not a everything has to match person so you can just imagine the circles we did from furniture to furniture. At the end we were both excited. Thank you.

I could say this was the best experience I had at a furniture store, the quality of the bed set I bought is even better than I expected. Loved the customer service, I was greeted right when I walked and got help from Rosa. She was friendly and knew how to sell me the furniture that fit me best. Very helpful!

Chair broke within 4 months. When I called to replace it they said it would take a week....... Its been three weeks now and every time I call they give me different information every call and some excuse on why they havent done their job. Stay clear of this cheap furniture place!!!!! Nothing but headaches

Worse experience of my life. Everyone that works in this place looks like theyre on drugs. It was also investigated by the Feds after 9/11 for money laundering oversees. Dont say you werent warned. The great reviews you see on here are from the owners, their families and literally people that work there.

there were workers with suits and everything in the entrance but didnt greet us Im going to suppose it was because the way we were dressed or maybe because of race I dont know but we later got approached like half an hour in , but it was really nice guy that worked in the back

Plz dont buy furniture from this place . I spend about $4000.. for living room and bedroom..the quilty is really bad .. after 1 or 2 month u will see the difference. They use really really cheap material on bed and sofa"s and the management is not nicely with the customers.

I wanted to ask for prices to get a loving room, dining room, and bedroom set to compare to other places but as soon as I said that the guy completely ignored me and when to the buying costumers. Their loss, I will bring my business somewhere where someone listens to me.
