John from the dorchester store was the rudest most disrespectful person ever in customer service. He repeatedly switched up his story on how the delivery truck broke down during the window of expected time. Im like wow after I taken the day off. So no not a delivery the next day I have to wait another whole week. And the rude part he told me to take it or leave it just like that. He would not give me a corporate number. He told me that theres no one above him. I had to call a different location to get the customer service number and email. He is so rude but so nice when he take your money.. Do not waste your time. No matter how good the deal is you will pay for it....believe me....

Its been a whole month since I cancelled my order and I still have not received my refund every time I call no one answer, when someone finally answered he told me he was going to call me back in half an hour but he never did!!!!! Now Im freaking pissed off I dont understand why it was so freaking easy for them to take my money but hard to return it. This is the WORSE company ever to get furniture from theyre liars!!!!! Save your money do not buy anything from them.

I am a college student, so I dont have any credit and I needed furniture that is affordable. I was drawn in by the layaway options and discovered that I didnt have to wait with easy approval financing. I had a good experience at the Watertown showroom. The salespeople were nice and paid attention to me even though I dont look like a big spender. I now have a new bedroom and dining room set that make my apartment look awesome. Thanks, Logan!

This is the worst possible place ever to get your furniture if doing the online lay a way option. I finished my payment December 7 and now it is January 1 and I still have not received my furnitire. When I call they have an excuse as to when it will be delivered or most times when I do call, no one answers! I am still waiting to hear back from someone. This is ridiculous. Please save your money and buy from elsewhere.
