ROTTEN FOOD ON SHELVES! Cant stress this more, ROTTEN FOOD! I have personally seen pallets of refrigerated merchandise sitting out on the floor for four hours or more. One of the clerks was explaining to a co-manager that the product felt warm to the touch. Co-manager told him "youre good, just get it out there". This is a gross violation of food safety, and if you value the health of your family, DO NOT purchase any refrigerated product from this store. Go ahead and check the dates of the single tubs in the yogurt area. Constantly out of date, sometimes MONTHS OUT! This system is disgusting. I grabbed some to bring to the Store Manager, RICK WOLLMANs attention, but he was too busy screaming at the stocking clerk to be bothered. If this is the way management treats their empoyees, its no wonder they dont care. Kroger in general has been going down for years, but this is a new low. How many people must get sick before the penny-pinchers take responsibility for public safety. I used to hate Wal-Mart, but its no where near THIS bad. At least their food stays out an hour tops. If you see something dishonorable going on such as the hot pallets sitting on the floor, I suggest you contact the health department to report it. Shoppers dont deserve to be sick.

The staff is friendly and doing the best they can, so no complaints there! The meat department always has great deals, and the quality is good. However, it is now harder to get higher end and unique items (it was easier in the past) To be fair, it is absolutely over-run... typically after work hours during the week it looks as if there were a riot and the store was looted. If you want to run in to get something for dinner, it is not at all uncommon for basic items to be sold out. I can not fault the store for it but it still makes for a frustrating experience. They used to sell furniture, which was odd, but now they sell crappy clothing... Please note Kroger: If I want crappy clothing I will go to Walmart... if I want nice clothing I will not go to a grocery store. The parking lot is always full and shopping carts are typically all over the lot with the exception of the cart corrals. Lately we have beggars begging for change, and I have had people come up to me with stories of deaths in the family and needing money... In short this was a great store, but no longer.

I made 3 trips to this new kroger while home for thanksgiving break. Once the afternoon before thanksgiving day, and again thanksgiving morning and again thanksgiving afternoon. I was sent to do ALL of the grocery shopping for the holiday this year (mind you I am a female who knows nothing about cooking) and I thought it would be a crazy mess the day before thanksgiving...but it wasnt. I had questions about EVERY item on my list and there was ALWAYS a store asscioate to help me find something, they were sooooo nice. Multiple times they would go in the back to find a specific item I needed or walk me around the store to help me find it. After a butcher helped me find the sausage I needed he helped me find creme of tartar also and was literally searching up and down the seasoning aisle even though it wasnt his department. The staff was amazing and I will continue to go to this store ONLY when I return home to keller. Amazing service, very short lines <5 mins on during the holidays!, wide selection of products. Very clean as well.

We shop here frequently, but the past 3 trips have been horrible. Have bought craisens that were expired by 8 months, Graham crackers by 5 months, oatmeal by 5 months , and now the latest is horizon salted butter expired 3/17/16. I called the store and informed them an they did not seem to really care other than say Im sorry we will try harder, didnt try to replace my groceries with fresh ones that were no expired. CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE. Wouldnt have to expect to say this, but I have to. 5/14/16 update Today I come in to get simple truth organic formula. The container was busted I asked for another one they went to look but did not have another one so I chose not to buy it. I thought they would pull it off the shelf but instead they put it back on the shelf after they snapped the container back together, for the appearance of it not being busted. The only thing this kroger is good for is their organic fruits and veggies and meats. But beware they have expired food on the shelves. Check every date!

The people running the bakery section are incompetent and lazy, even the managers. When I complained to the main store manager, he just blew me off and suggested that I was making up a story. Like I dont have better things to do with my time... Also, the employees working throughout the store are just as incompetent and will treat you with the same level of apathy. No one knows where simple items are, like hand soap. When I expressed frustration about my experience to an employee working in the pharmacy, she gave me a knowing and sympathetic look and suggested that I complain to someone higher up because the store has become complete chaos - "no body knows anything, and no body cares." This, coming from one of their own employees. I cant help but think that even the district manager would be apathetic. I will never go there again.

I just used their clicklist service this weekend and it was absolutely amazing. I have a little one and grocery shopping with him is next to impossible and I end up spending twice as much. I know that this is a new service so I was fully expecting some delays or mistakes. NOPE! They did awesome! I ordered online and pulled up to the parking space. They brought out my groceries, loaded them, and I paid right there. Other than the convenience, the customer service that the staff offered was phenomenal. They were so gracious and apologetic for the wait (which was less than 10 min) and so nice. I never shop at Kroger because it is kind of out of my way but I will be from now on just because of the staff and service I received. Thank you so much!

I dropped a carton of eggs while removing them from the basket at the check out, yes, my fault. But the check out clerk handed me paper towels to clean up the floor rather than calling someone to clean up the mess. Then, she then asked me if I wanted to purchase the remainder of the eggs in the carton rather than offer to get another carton for me. In addition, I left without any fish or green beans as the fish selection was very poor and the "fresh" green beans were covered in brown spots. This is not the Krogers at which I normally shop and certainly will not return. This one has a management issue.

It was very clean but front cashier was very dry with greetings....I greeted her first, didnt raise her head to make eye contact, and get response was very dry...did self check-out , she was the front cashier there and again dry....I said something like "have a great day" and nothing...."Good morning " , " Good evening" ," Have a great day" and a simple smile cost nothing....I did encounter one other person, she asked if I was finding everything okay and she did it with a big smile....I needed help and she assisted me, she did it with a smile...Smiles make me return, get more smiles in your store please...
