Ok. I adore Gucci Dillons. I lived right across the street on Doreen for 2 years and ate there almost every day. Like some of the other reviewers have said, the all-you-can-eat salad bar is awesome for veg*ns and so are some of the Deli sides such as "Superfood" salad. Also, the obesity of Wichita in general is NOT reflected by the patrons of this Dillons. That being said, I have come to write this review because of a very serious issue: WiFi speeds. I stopped by the Dillons Cafe thinking I could get a decent connection to conduct business. Boy was I wrong. I couldnt get more than 2 MEGABITS. Your phone is about 10 times faster than this. Its beyond ridiculous. I have given a one star review because I want the issue addressed and Im more than willing to change the rating when I believe it is.

When appreaching from the parking lot the store entrance look fanominal. As you enter the, main entrance, youll find the weekly deals catalog, which helps in finding some of there best deal. Navigating the store is a breeze, an add point I like is you dont have to travel the entire store to just get milk and eggs those items you can find in a centrally located refrigerated end cap at the front of the store just behind the register. Which I feel is showing us customers with kids that just need to grab milk ans eggs quickly that they care and arent trying to make the trip difficult by having us drag are kids past everything else they really want and having to deal with having to tell them no we arent getting that and no you cant have that. So all in all its a wonderful place to shop.

This is a ClickList review at the Dillons Marketplace. A new service being rolled out by the Kroger Co., ClickList allows consumers to purchase all their groceries online then pick up at the marketplace. You simply pull into one of the dedicated parking spots, call ClickList from your car and an employee will bring your order out and load it into your car. Tipping is not allowed. It really is a great service that is free for the first couple of visits. Check it out. Unfortunately, my wife will now be sending me to the store every time. I cant use the excuse of not knowing where everything is located. Also, the give a cool swag bag to first time customers!

Not bad but not nice you can see the cashiers not look happy with the supervisors they just stand and talk to the employees who work at customer Service could be a nicer store just looks like the cashiers and baggers do there job just not the supervisors and when the cashier wasnt old enough to sell alcohol this has happen twice that I waited for more then 5 minutes with people behind me waiting for the FDS which is the front part supervisors and this is really off topic but does anybody know when this store gets the clicklist because I just dont think I can go in to the store anymore

This Dillons in particular just proved that they are amazing. They made an error and corrected it - I didnt even ask them to. On a previous visit they went out of their way to fix a thing regarding another person there when I really wasnt concerned about it. Super nice people! This Dillons almost has a Trader Joes feel about it in terms of the employees there. This visit just made me decide that Im going here instead of the various places I usually go for errands.

Completely ghetto. Black people in their pajamas and unbrushed hair who clearly havent bathed in several days. Purposely RUDE store management. Cashiers are very friendly and helpful but thats the only good thing about this location. I was even asked to identify my disability because I have a service dog. Completely humiliating.

The selection and freshness of produce and bakery items here is excellent, and they have large sections of gluten-free and organic foods. Its such a large store that its hard to get in and out of quickly because even if you need just a few things, theyre very spread out. The self-service checkout lines are a real convenience.

I love to go shopping at Dillons market because I can find all the things that I want and the people who work there are nice,it is clean and organized, and also it is close to my house. I love the points that I got for to use when I felling up my car.Thanks Dillons Store for all you offer to the customers.

Its one of that market places so they gave a better selection. Although the one on the other side of town at 21st & maize has a better layout and more vegetarian stuff. Or maybe Im used to it. This one is across the street from Sprouts so you can hit a couple grocery stores quickly.

Good store with good customer service except on weekends. But it has a cruel aquarium with lobsters ( the method is letting them there starving to death ) and i wont support this type of cruelty. Until they remove the aquarium wont be shopping there again.

Great store. This one also has clothes and shoes and lots of house/kitchenware also. it has an olive bar, salad bar and a cheese bar. It also has a pretty good Deli in Chinese Kitchen. There is a area you can sit and eat also that is pretty good sized.

This is an excellent grocery store. Customer service is excellent, plenty of good parking. They also have a very good selection of services and a big in store restaurant. Recommend the Chinese food - you get a lot of food and a drink for about $7

The all-you-can-eat salad bar is a VEGETARIANS dream. I also like the vegetable sushi, vegetable spring rolls from the Chinese kitchen, and grape leaves from the olive bar. The sushi department also makes a great vegetarian crunchy roll.

This is my favorite Dillons. When I lived on the West side for a few years, I missed going to this Dillons. The staff is always friendly and its always clean and organized. The staff works hard to keep it that way and it is appreciated.

Dillons has a huge selection of international foods and also all of the regular goodness that you want in a grocery store! Their deli is really great to get food from for lunch or dinner, always lots of hot and cold food choices!

I will like to shop here, the problem is they claim to be open 24 hours but apparently now close at midnight. Last night I was greeted by a rude security guard that was sitting down listening to music, telling me they closed.

Staff is very rude. I realize that most of them are making under 8 bucks an hour, but thwy could at least be nicer and maybe theyll get a good review and more hours so they can get a raise and or a promotion.

I would give them 5 stars, but this Dillons is so big I sometimes feel lost. A person can buy just about anything here from furniture to footwear. Its convenient, but I still like my neighborhood Dillons.
