I was excited when Sprouts came to Wichita and Ive very much enjoyed shopping there, until today. I dropped by with my 91 yr old mother, who elected to stay in the car while I picked up 3 item: steel cut oats, daikon radishes, and organic cabbage. Took my items to the pink haired lady running the express line and it went downhill from there.... I ran my mothers oats first and chatted with another customer while this transaction was being processed... as she gave me the change, I noticed that instead of charging me the correct price of $.99 lb, she charged me $1.29 lb. Then, she told me that she knew and had previously advised management of the incorrect pricing... that didnt exactly make me feel better. Then, she said she didnt know how to correct the transaction.... as I continued to wait, she finally called over another checker who quickly fixed everything and redid the transaction correctly. Next, she started on my 2 items and proceeded to incorrectly charge me $1.99 lb. on my Daikon, instead of the correct price of $1.49 lb. I told her what the price should be since I buy it nearly weekly, and she never said sorry or anything,... she proceeded to keep the line stopped until she could get another associate to check the price... After a few more minutes, he came back to her and agreed that the $1.49 price was the correct one... Again, no apology for the error or inconvenience. Last was my organic cabbage which she also overcharged me for and again, I pointed out the error. She looked at me in frustration, and I advised her to get the price checked. She contacted the same associate (I believe his name was Matt) and off he went again. After some time passed (and a further buildup of the line of people behind me), Matt returned with another older gentleman from Produce, and again the price was corrected. None of the employees seemed at all concerned about apologizing to me for the inconvenience, etc. I advised the customer behind me to doublecheck the transactions as apparently the PLU numbers in the system had not been updated correctly.. Horrible experience today..... I now have zero confidence in the prices in their system and will have to be sure to verify every one. Also, the treatment today was awful.

Great produce! Beautiful colors, large, great prices! The rest of the store has deals hit and miss, Ill mostly shop here for the produce, however. A few days ago I purchased Red Delicious apples that were on sale. They looked great on the outside, but when I cut am apple in half for my kids I discovered a fuzzy mold or insect webbing in the center of the apple. Yuck! Glad I opened it up and that my kids didnt eat it. There were no outward signs that there would be a problem with the apple. They have a great variety as far as breads, cheeses, olives, meats, bulk foods, and other healthy eating/living supplies. I mostly shop for price, so I skipped a lot of the store as it was more expensive than some of my other go to grocers. However, if youre a Whole Foods regular shopper, youll be able to find plenty of stuff youre used to and likely at a better price. I dont eat organic but appreciate that they have a regular and organic produce sections for everyone to find perfect produce. Obviously, the organic is more expensive, but I believe still more reasonably priced than other organic markets. Overall, I liked Sprouts and will continue shopping here for great produce!

This was my first time in a Sprouts store. I only stopped in because I needed a k-tag next door at AAA. I had a few mins to kill and knew the store opened fairly recently. The green and white flags hanging from the roof to the parking lot look so inviting. I had previously downloaded their app and sifted for coupons/deals. I think every product I picked up today was new to me - which I see as a good thing. They offer a lot of BOGO or $1 off 2 mobile deals. So I got Voss sparkling, Argo teas, some kind of low cal energy drink, chips, wasa flatbread, and $2 off a grab and go Greek salad. I didnt get any produce or perishables but it was presented well and looked good. I guess the competitive edge with this place is supposed to be the large center section of bulk foods- nuts, rice, seeds etc? They have a decent health and beauty section. A couple employees asked to make sure I was finding everything ok or just a friendly hello. No long wait line but the cashier lady tried to put the chips in the same bag as the glass drink bottles

Nothing special. I usually go in for my produce and for the fruit tart pie in deli. last few time have been horrible. I waited 25 minutes at the deli counter waiting for the gal to make me a sandwich. The produce section is always out of what i came in for. The prices werent that great, and the produce is horrible. Most of the items i came a crossed had mold on them or where bruised. i then always have to wait in a huge line to check out. I wouldnt waste my time coming here. Dillions across the street has a way better quality and prices when it comes to produce. I am always helped within minutes at the deli and i almost never wait in long lines to check out.

Its a nice store, and some things are very reasonably priced - especially produce. However, the aisles are too narrow for comfortable shopping when theyre busy and if you stop to look at something, youll feel like youre in everyones way. Weve been three times and have this problem every time. Also, we bought a skirt steak this last time and realized once we got it home that it was poorly butchered. So, if you avoid it on the weekend and dont buy anything but very basic cuts of meat from the meat department, youll probably have a five star experience.

Store is clean & well maintained. As typical for this store employees were stocking & getting ready for the day but it was good to see that for the most part everyone was busy & friendly. However my only complaint/concern is when I was checking out I was not greeted in a friendly manner plus the person checking me out was also busy checking her cell phone instead of at least attempting to engage in friendly manner. What makes it even more ridiculous is that she was the "head cashier ".

The Produce section was horrible, half the items had mold on them, and Most of their items didnt even have the prices posted. Two male employees where to busy talking about cut hours and horrible management, than to help me. I had to ask 3 times to get their attention, and they didnt even have the items i came for in stock. I drove all the way from Andover, after calling the store looking for these items, which I was told they had plenty of... I WIll NOT BE COMING BACK!!!

I bought a box of cereal on Feb. 8th, 2017 that expired in Dec. 2016. Non-sale prices too high. Some decent sale prices, but no better than elsewhere in town. Some were higher than Dillons or Natural Grocers. Hectic shopping experience. Disappointing selection of organics. Not a store for my family...
