I really enjoy shopping at Sprouts over other local supermarkets. I actually work at a competing chain, but go out of my way to shop here! Since the Keller location has opened, Ive found that the overall product selection is even better than the Southlake location, as far as items I am interested in. I love the varied selection of baking ingredients, such as various flours, powders, sugars and more. Ive had good experience with the produce, aside from the small selection of bananas being super green every time I visit. I dont shop from the delis, and havent had to ask for assistance, so I cant vouch for the customer service. However, it seems a previous review was written just after the store opening. Perhaps, service has since improved! Regardless, if you are interested in natural, organic, bulk ingredients, cruelty free, or vegetarian/vegan products, Sprouts has the most varied selection nearby.

Poor Service . Being a Keller Resident , I was really happy to see, Sprouts coming to our area. But our first visit to the store,totally disappointed us. The lady at the fish/meat section gave u a bunch of illogical excuses, to why she cant clean up the salmon for us !!! At the register, the girl/boy team at the billing, couldnt identify " Raw cashew " ! She asked u to return to the Aisle to " Confirm"it for her !!!! The boy, at the register commented" we have to train you guys well" !!! How disgusting method of customer service. So please make sure you know tis in advance to avoid post-shopping depression!!

WOW!!! The store is clean and organized, the employees are friendly and helpful, the quality of the produce is amazing, and the produce prices are fantastic! Outside of the produce section, it is true that many common items can be purchased elsewhere for less, but if you happily trek to the farmers market for your fruit and veggie fix, then I highly recommend Sprouts instead. Additionally, if youre in the market for more natural alternatives for bath and cleaning products, the selection here is as good as Ive seen anywhere.

I buy more from Sprouts fresh deli than all the other grocery stores combined. Theyre very accommodating to packaging request. But lets face it, I come first for the fresh vegetables and fruits. Then the much needed bulk foods assortment of sundries. I look forward to Wednesdays to take advantage of savings from last weeks ad and the new weeks ad combined for the day.

Very disappointed that they have a 30.06 on the door when entering, I will no longer shop there. I assume that if some psycho comes in to the store and tries to hurt people, and I was one of them, my family is instructed to sue the company for every dime they have since I could not defend myself. I assume that means that they take responsibility for my safety.

Always a good experience though they can be a little busy on Wednesdays when the weekly sales overlap. Good selection and helpful staff. If you shop the sales you can pick up pretty much anything you need at a really good price. Off sale some items are a little expensive, but for the quality and selection its often worth it.

Sprouts has been my go to grocery fro quite some time. However, produce quality has been slipping recently. I purchased a packaged salad mix Friday that was rotting by Sunday morning. Cashier at store just now unfriendly and obviously irritated to be there. Left a bad taste - I will reconsider grocery options!

Good selection of fruits and vegetables, unfortunately its always crowded and items are picked over, the quality of the products are not what they were when it opened, lines are usually 2-3 deep during peak hours, staff seems to be in way and slow to replenish produce much better to shop here in early afternoon

Good fresh produce with enough sales each week you can stock up on the essentials. The prices are very reasonable when on sale and you don;t have to go to Whole (Wallet) Food to get the same quality. Awesome coffee selection too. This is one of the larger stores Ive seen.

Sprouts has a nice selection of fresh produce, meat, dairy and boxed items. Many of the items are healthier options than are found in your normal store. Try the Sprouts brand of products - they are great. They also offer bulk items and a large selection of supplements.

Its a little more pricey than other groceries, but its hard to beat the selection. I find myself here every time I need vitamins, supplements or probiotics, and they always have great variety. Also, bulk sale of nuts, different flours, whey, grains, etc. is very helpful.

Excellent products across the board. From the coffee beans to the fresh fruits and veggies, I never leave disappointed and neither do the kids because of the lollipops so conveniently placed at checkout haha!

Love sprouts but stuff is often out of stock (or in. The back and not on the shelves). If you ask them to look they will usually bring it up but that can take 10-15 minutes.
