When I decided I wanted to purchase a Harley Davidson motorcycle I did my research and picked out a 2016 street glide. I contacted 2 dealerships Bumpas and Southern Thunder. After careful consideration and sizing up the two I came to the conclusion that I would buy from Bumpas. That my friends is a decision that I have not regretted. Kris and Haley were outstanding during the entire purchase process. They found the exact bike I was looking for and had to have it delivered from another store a few hours away. I was always kept up to date. I would recommend Bumpas of Collierville to my family and friends. Top notch service. Im a first time Harley owner and if I am ever in the market again Bumpas will be my first call.

I agree with Bubba, Tanya has no idea what shes talking about. She needs to go and spend some time there. Have a cup of coffee and a bag of popcorn and get to know the employees. How many bike or car dealerships treat you like family and encourage you just to come in and visit? Only one that I know of, Bumpus Harley Davidson of Collierville! Oh and before I forget, you dont go to a Harley dealership to buy parts for a rice burner. Its just common sense.

I needed a new front tire installed on my wheel. I took them my front wheel and a tire. They got on it right away; and completed it in no time. Keith took me on a tour of the museum while I waited. I also had a walk through the service area. I found it to be very clean and well organized. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them

I was in the Harley Shop last month and remembered I needed to get a birthday gift for a friend. My friend wasn"t a Harley person but Reagan helped me pick out something she really liked and it didn"t matter it had the Harley logo on the back. I probably would have never thought of getting her this item but Im glad I did.Thanks to Reagan it was a great birthday.

Came here for a kids birthday party. Upstairs carpet kind of dirty. Lots of motorcycles and the showroom seems clean enough. If you are into motorcycles, they have about 30 different antique bikes going back to the 1930s.
