3-26-2015 “Colby is a pleasure to deal with when you need parts. He has great knowledge of my 3 totally different bikes. Southern Thunder is 25 milestone way closer to my house, and now I drive past ST to go where I feel as if they know what Im talking about and act like they want my hard earned money. ST doesnt have anyone that knows much about parts. Bumpus is becoming my HD shop of choice. ” 4-18-2015 Yesterday I took my 14 Street Glide in for service work. I had a recall on the clutch and needed them to activate the Stage 1 audio components I installed. They worked me in quickly, had knowledge about my needs and interacted with me while service was being performed. The guys at Bumpus know how to treat people.... Great job Service Dept

Had some work done a while ago, did not go very smoothly, but vacation was up and had to get back to Vegas. Tyler (Service Mgr) said he would get correct parts and ship to my Vegas dealer and cover the cost. Back in Vegas, it turns out that the service tech who had worked on my bike at Bumpus had done more damage than good. Bike needed extensive repair and Tyler took care of everything, paying my Vegas dealer to correct mistake, at some cost to Bumpus. Now in Memphis full time and happy to allow Bumpus to be my new hometown dealer. Thanks Tyler for all your help, J.R. Atoka, TN

it is a pleasure dealing with bumpus, especially Candida, she always makes me smile, but to be reallyl honest, everyone at bumpus makes me smile and feel welcome. The sales staff is really great, they make you feel like family. i know that they are trying to sell you a scooter, but its no pressure, no hard sell, lets face it, the bike sells itself. what a great bike, I love my scooter. i also want to give a shout out to Michelle. First Harley I have owned. Love it and the ride. Didnt purchase it from a "Bumpus" dealer so I feel like I am treated like a red headed stepchild. A guy passing through from Nashville had his drive out tag stolen or it fell off and since it wasnt a "Bumpus " Harley they said couldnt help him out. Oh well guess Ill do business with the dealer out of town. At least I feel like an appreciated customer there.

The people as the service department on Whitten Rd, Memphis have always treated me as a valued customer. They have taken time, when needed to explain things and answer my questions. All the riding gear you will ever need from summer gear to winter gear ( they have heated everything yall !), and also rain gear, so no getting wet!
