I purchased a $99 tail bag to mount on my bike and after about a year the fabric which held the zipper to the rest of the bag began to separate. I went back to the store and the guys at cycle gear have me a replacement at no cost to me. In addition, I purchased a 1st gen Bilt Techno Bluetooth helmet from these guys for around $150. After using the helmet for about a year, the button that attached the chin strap to the helmet broke off. I brought in the helmet, and the guys checked to see if they had an identical helmet in stock to give me as a replacement, which the did not have at the time. Instead of making me wait for a new helmet to be shipped to me, they gave me the new Bilt Techno 2.0 Bluetooth helmet as a replacement at no cost to me. The thing is a $299 helmet, I was stoked. Cant say Ive ever been to a store with better customer service.

Just stopped in today during my lunch break and worked with Sean. Excellent sales rep, very knowledgeable and spoke from experience on everything we talked about. Introduced me to the house brands Bilt and Sedici, ended up walking out of there with a Bilt textile/mesh jacket and a nice pair of sunglasses. HUGE selection of helmets (the whole wall is a helmet display!) The store is clean and well organized, a great amount of brands to compare fit and size against and FINALLY Clevelanders have a local shop! I highly recommend Cycle Gear in North Olmsted for anyone thats looking for ANY type of gear! Great staff, great location, great selection! You will definitely be getting all of my internet business as well as my recommendation to everyone I ride with! Thanks Sean, it was a pleasure meeting you!!

Awesome staff. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. They never make you feel dumb even if you are a total newb. A couple next to me were asking some pretty interesting questions that had even me chuckling a bit. But the staff was professional answered everything with respect to the customer. They left smiling. But every time you are in there they make you feel like part of the family.

Staff and manager are very friendly and helpful. I spent a ton of time in here making sure I had the gear that suited me best. Not only am I excited about my bike and riding, but also about my my gear. I am extremely comfortable from head to toe thanks to them. If they dont have it, they will order it. Love this place.

Cant lie Ive definitely had a few bad experiences here (they mounted the wrong tire, suggested cheap knock off products etc...) that would have lost my business anywhere else but they have corrected every error and really back up their work with great customer service and friendly knowledgeable staff.

Decent selection, and theyll order anything for you. But I felt like the sales staff pushed me into a sale and were overly formal with me for my liking. Also, Im sure that getting put on several mailing lists after I gave them my email address is just a coincidence.
