I can not believe how hard I had to try to get someone to take my money today at the AutoZone in Bountiful Utah. I was practically begging to let you guys have my money. I stood there for 30 minutes with some windshield wiper blades waiting to check out. There were 6 employees that I could see and when someone finally was brave enough to make enough eye contact that he had to help me he said, "Can I help you?" and I said "yes I would like to check out" after a few long seconds with a blank stare he said "what??" so I held up my items and said I want to pay for all this stuff. It was awful.. I used to shop only at AutoZone even though i had to drive past 4 of your competitors on my way to the closest location. Seeing as it is an inconvenience for your employees to take my money I will let someone else take it for you.

They dont know anything about cars there. Constantly fail to look up the right part, They try to tell me they dont have specific parts that I can see on the computer they are using. They also seem really disorganized at this store, we were waiting in line for almost 10 min, and someone cut in-front of us and they helped them before us; even though we were waiting a lot longer.

Today I went and waited in line for 20 minutes while they helped one customer. When it was my turn in line I asked if they could help me test my battery. I was told I would have to wait until they helped everyone else....I waited another 5 minutes and left. Very poor customer service. Will not go here again.

Worst autozone ever! The staff snubbed me because they were stocking shelves toward the end of their work day. When they finally got to me a half hour later they informed me they forgot to charge my battery I had dropped off 4 hours earlier. I was so mad I had to write a review. I never write reviews

i know more then almost everyone in the store and the wait for help is unbelievable i bought a led underglow kit from them and when it didnt work the guy that was at the counter said he cant do anything about it even though it was only bought 2 hours before

Competent staff and decent inventory. The drawback of the helpful staff is that you often can just run in real quick to buy that one thing you need as the staff is frequently tied up helping customers with in depth issues.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and super knowledgeable. This store is pretty good size and usually has everything I need in stock if not then most times they can have it in a few hours or the next morning.
