I was do desperate because I had already had to be jumped 3 times. It was evening and I hurried over. They had everything I needed right when I came in. I purchased the battery and they went to put it in and it was a bear. They said I would probably need to take it to a shop. They made several phone calls on my behalf. It was going to be a lot of labor cost. I was in tears with worry. Then something incredible happened. Andy and Nathan said they would be willing to stay late and take the time to take pieces off to get to the battery. They told me it might take awhile but I was fine with that. They even apologized for it taking long. They were doing me a huge favor yet still wanted to make sure I was okay. Thank u thank u thank u. Needless to say, this will be the place I go. I encourage everyone to check them out. Great service, great people, great products. Thanks for going way above and beyond to help me out.

I went to have my battery tested in the morning. The Zoner said that the battery was good even though the car had difficulties starting. I went back after work and there was a different Zoner helping me he said that the battery was bad after testing it. I purchased a new battery and now and the Zoner installed it for me the car still had trouble starting so I drove it home. Now the car wont start at all. I dont know if the equipment they were using to check the battery was faulty or if it was operator error, but now Im out $130 for a new battery and $100 for the new starter.

They were able to give my wife some of the things that she needed, but I was sad to hear that they werent willing to help her. She asked them to do a few simple things including putting the gas cap on and they said "Sorry, we have the time, but we are not feeling up to it today". Sorry to say that they definitely lost business from us and our extended family members for sure. I was pretty disappointed in these guys. Come on, customer service! Help a bro out!

My experience at this Auto Zone location was unnerving. The staff was not particularly helpful, but always seemed to be following us around asking if we needed anything. Pushy sales tactics at the register are always a big turn off for me. We found everything we needed (freon, motor oil, even ear buds) but the location seemed to be sparsely stocked. Overall Ive found better experiences (and slightly lower prices) at competitors in this neighborhood.

Andy the store manager is amazing to his customers, most places dont care much especially across the street at OReillys. But they all want the best for their customers, OReillys will hand you the tools that you ask for but the boys at AutoZone will go out the car with you and help if they can.

Places never really impress me much to review them, but man this AutoZone is awesome. Ive been there a few times and have always had excellent service. I just called this morning and received the same friendly, helpful service.

Friendly and helpful staff here. I only gave it 4 out of 5 because Auto Zone doesnt have the highest quality replacement parts. I do enjoy the lifetime warranty on brake pads and a good selection of detailing supplies.

Manager and staff are helpful, store is rarely super busy so they can give you more personalized attention than other parts stores. Clean and organized.
