I called to see if the Auto zone Rewards card I had was mine or someone elses in my family. All of the Auto zones Kept telling me to call the number on the back (customer service was closed already) but Nancy was able to help me and tell me right over the phone if it was activated or not. Its these little things that make me love a business or not, Its about people interaction AUTO ZONE!

Poor service when you go there they act like they are not seeing you, one time i called and ask for the business department he said he is in the Bahamas, i asked in the Bahamas, he said okay bye and hung up, will never use them have several other choices...... Bad luck Autozone I just opened the shop and will need so many parts for my customers, need a parts store that treat me right.

They sold me the wrong alternator for my car so of course after a couple days I had problems again and when I returned it they would not refund me on my old core that they made me give them when I got the alternator from them. They stuff was just not that knowledgable, which is fine except for the fact that they acted like they were professionals so I took their advice.

First off, let me say that I just loved the customer service that "KORY" gave me and my daughter!!!! Autozone is very very LUCKY to have an employee like him!!! He went above and beyond customer service needs!!!! He even taught my daughter how to change her own windshield wipers! WOOT WOOT! Thanks again.

This auto zone is one of the worst ones in the valley their staff is so rude and have no clue about what they are doing always giving out wrong parts and then accuse the customer of ordering the wrong one. Would rather go to the one on redwood Rd or state.

Awesome, really helpful. Checked my battery, started, and alternator for free. Was totally chill when he said it was all good and Id probably need to go to a dealer for my problem. No charge and didnt buy anything. Id go back again for my parts needs.

Inadequately staffed! I placed an order online to pick up in store. I ended up having to go find all the items Id ordered and then wait 20 minutes in line to take the items Id already paid for. I would not shop here again.

I love it cuz its easy to find hard parts theyre the ones that I can find there and I bought him a battery for my motorhome and I might buy two more batteries for my motorhome there and reasonable price

They didnt have a part for my car even when I called and they assured me they did. The customer service was ok but could have been better they acted like it was my fault for them not having the part.

I visit this location often. Its by far my favorite AutoZone store. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming. Theyre always willing to help without hesitation.

More of an accessory store than parts. My only complaint is the staff. The only one there thats knowledgeable is the cite blonde. The manager is kind of a dick.
